There were 2 people in front of me. I guess only 1 person could do check ins, though I saw several employees there. Rooms were nice size with couch & ottoman. Some of the doors to enter the building did not require your cards to enter, so security was not great! Bathrooms were fine. Our door was hard to open from inside & you had to pretty much slam it for it to stay shut. Needs some tweeking. Breakfast was nice, even had eggs & sausage. Would stay here again.

We requested a ground floor room, called and verified with a call. We called multiple times since we were arriving late, no one answered the phone….By the time we got there they had given it away with it in the notes. Attendant checked on a room that was marked out of order bc of electrical outlets issues but was clean on ground floor. Worked out just fine for our needs.

A lot better since purchased by Wyndham . Still needs more updating. Connected Steak House great asset

The staff was super friendly and helpful, even when I was checking in late at 11:45pm. The room itself was fine but the bathroom was super small. It was hard to close the door while in the bathroom. And the room door was super hard to open from both inside and outside the room. The hotel seems to be an older building. But for the price, it was worth it.

Hotel needs some upgrades. Electrical outlets wouldn’t hold cords and the security doors and gates to pool weren’t working. The breakfast was well run and food was ok. Parking was great. Honestly the staff was so kind and accommodating that the other issues seemed minimal.

The room was clean. The pool looked good. Easy access to things we needed in the area. Breakfast wa more than cereal & muffins. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff was very helpful. The only complaint is we had ants in our room behind the nightstand. I pulled out the nightstand and their was knives and crumbs behind it. When I reported the ants to the front desk they put an ant trap behind the nightstand but didn't clean the crumbs.

Already paid for the room through Expedia. Charged me anyway when they said they were just putting the deposit on my card. Unable to get anyone to help me and refund the money.

The rooms are clean and smell nice. The motel is older but the property is kept up so it looks nice

The first smell that hit me when I walked in the door was old cigarette smoke. It reminded me of a bowling alley I used to go to with my parents, which actually is a sweetly, nostalgic smell, but not really what I want for the place. I’m going to sleep overnight. The light blocking curtains, sort of block the light, but not perfectly so bring a sleep mask if that’s a problem for you and the walls are thin. We did hear our neighbors through the night. The final thing was our room did not come with a hairdryer—which I’ve never experienced at a hotel—and I think it’s probably just because someone absconded with it. The person at the desk told us that they would go looking for one, but that it should’ve been there in a bag. It was not. They never did find a spare, which seems like an easy thing to fix. Keep a stock of those behind the desk for situations like this if people are always stealing your hair dryers. The shower was a big disappointment. I chose to put one of the hand towels in the bottom of the tub and stand on it, but I should do that no matter where I go. They need to replace the bathtub. It has a weird permanent mat covering up the stains. All in all this hotel needs to be refurbished desperately. But for the price, it was a clean dry place to stay close to where we needed to be overnight.

Lots of noise from neighboring room. Hot breakfast was blah. Homeless people wandering the facility. Bathroom shower curtain was about to fall down. No pool lights in the evening,

Very conveniently placed in the city went for work

The property is very run down and in poor condition. Our desk chair was broken and made you fall out of it. They do not come to clean the room, even when you call and ask for them to do so. We were there for five nights and I had to go to the desk to get clean towels. I do not recommend this place. We will not be staying there again.

Generally ok for an overnight but wouldn’t stay longer. Out bathroom sink didn't have a stopper so had to be careful to not drop anything. And, when I turned the water on full force, water and dirt spewed out from the base of the faucet. Breakfast was no better then average and our table had not been wiped down well at all - paper napkins stuck to it. It was quiet, beds were good, pool looked inviting. Checkout was fast.

The staff was excellent and so was the location. The room was clean but horribly outdated. The bed was so uncomfortable that it caused pain. The pool was closed for an unknown reason and the toilet did not work.

My experience was awful. When I arrived I waited over 10 minutes to be greeted and when I was given my room key I had to go back down 3 times to have it re-keyed and then it still didnt work. The maintenance man tried his master key to get into the room only to find out it was locked from the inside. I asked to be moved but only after maintenance couldn't get in did I get moved. That room didn't have a lock on it and it appeared the room had been broken into as then door jamb was broke. The hotel smelled god awful. I paid an extra $25 to check-in early at 1pm and didnt even get into my room until an hour an half later. We decided not to stay here and checked out within 20 minutes of being in the new room. The tub/shower was dirty too. I let management know I wasnt happy and wanted a refund but was declined. I wont be staying there again nor recommending it to anyone to stay here. Its unfortunate as I've always liked Wyndham hotels.

The staff is wonderful very respectful and very nice and helpful. It’s convenient and it’s clean. I’ve only had a few problems in the bathroom area a couple of times but it’s made me pretty clean.
