The staff were very good to work with and amenable. The room we stayed in was not properly cleaned and there were some makeup items left on the floor from what we assumed was the last person to stay there but the bed was made and everything else was clean except the floor, the pool was nice and semi clean. The breakfast was good and convenient as you’d expect for a continental.

The hotel really needs to be renovated. Keycards not working, hairdryer not working, too little plugs to charge electric devices. On our arrival the pool was closed and that was one of the reasons why we booked this hotel. The staff though was very friendly and supportive. That was basically the only positive thing in this hotel along with the fact that the restaurant under the same roof serves fantastic food.

The price

The second room was a bit better. Rooms are very basic. TV is cable only. The hallways were dirty and windows needed cleaning. Pool was out of commission. The breakfast area was dirty with tables needing wiped off and items needing restocked but attendant wasn’t around.

Would have given a 0 star if it was possible. There was snack.pieces from some previous stay on the floor, lamps wouldn't work , front door was cracked as if someone forced an entry into the room, and above all they don't have an elevator, so unless you are ready to chug your luggage up to the second floor by stairs, might want to give a second thought. Also, the bathroom was so unclean with mold and grime in the bathtub.

The property was run down and not well maintained. The first room had an instantly clogged sink, so we were moved to another room. There was an odd smell, stained tubs, and food was left in the mini fridge in the second room we received. Linens all appeared clean. Staff was nice. Breakfast was nice.

We note dogs hair in our bed, breakfast is the worse. No not recommend

The front desk and breakfast staff tried to be helpful and were very courteous. TV did not work. No phone in the room. Few outlets to charge my electronics. Door jam messed up. Key would not on lock outside door, even after being rekeyed. Won’t stay here again.

Room was clean but needs numerous repairs. Breakfast was good.

You must request the least noisy room Otherwise clean comfy beds & working a/c room had microwave & frig Staff suggested parking on otherside of bldg but no entry to bldg. so everyone parks on the side with entry access.

We stay here every year on our way to Montana and the fact we come back says the property is a good value. Breakfast is a little hit and miss. Only one manager/clerk onsite. Good property for the value.

We paid for the room using hotels.com; but they also charged 25 as a deposit and charged over 77 for the room!

The old smelly carpets and stains on the headboard and side table told me all I needed to know about the standards of service and cleanliness in this hotel. You have been warned.
