Nothing to say Disrespect of staff to NOT use MY NAME as I provided, on the stupid welcome message on the TV. How is it Skyler's job to change MY NAME I provided?!?!?!? He blamed Booking.com. They had my name right in all communication with me. He messed MY NAME up. I really hate excuses. Tell your employees to use the name the CUSTOMER provides, not what the employee thinks it's supposed to be. I am going to another Hampton Inn next weekend and frankly, I dread it and having to deal with another employee that could show me disrespect.

Not your typical Hampton Inn. Even though recently remodeled, it felt old and dirty. Ants on our bathroom floor, coffee never full, and there was an issue with the system being down while trying to check in.. understandably some things are out of their control- but I was expecting some sort of compensation, or even a “sorry for the inconvenience” from the two managers I could see sitting in the back room. But instead they left it up to the young woman working the front desk to deliver the news and offer a free snack to us. We won’t be staying here again, and I will need to look at reviews and pictures more carefully before booking at a Hampton again.

Clean, helpful staff When we checked in we were given a room that was occupied by someone else. The front desk informed us their system went down and they pretty much didn’t know who was in what room. They gave us a new room pretty quickly, but it was concerning they didn’t know what rooms were occupied.

The Hampton Inn Provo exceeds all expectations! Check-in was fast, and the customer service was fantastic throughout our whole stay. Our room was very clean, quiet, and cozy. Having free breakfast, fast Wi-Fi, and an indoor pool/hot tub made our trip even better. Plus, the views of the mountains in the background are beautiful!

This hotel had an amazing staff, was clean, the pool and hot tub were very relaxing and the beds were comfortable. My guests and I very much enjoyed the continental breakfast and all of the diversity in the food choices. We will definitely be booking through this hotel again.

This was a very good experience. Stayed one night for a soccer tournament and it was great. No check in problems, room was actually cold when we arrived in it and desk person asked if we had a level preference and got us on the first floor. Breakfast was excellent. Could not have had a better stay.

The room was nice and clean and smelled so fresh and good. I was very pleased with the whole appearance inside the inn. Breakfast was very good! I had a strawberry waffle, which was delicious
