The room stank of smoke the television didn't work. The breakfast was horrible. Room temperature was ridiculous. I will never stay there again.

Staff was friendly and dogs stayed for free! Property was clean. Breakfast needed to be upgraded

We had ants in the bathroom. Breakfast was sparse. The covers on the bed were wrinkled.

I wouldn't stay here ever again. Handicap accommodations had 1 bar located BEHIND the toilet, no tissues, breakfast was very limited and unappealing, hallway carpet dirty and rippling as you walked on it. Stay away from this place.

Room was clean, only one towel available. No shower curtain at all. Breakfast was supposed to be available at 6:00 am. And at 6:30 still no one had shown up. No one at front desk to even talk to about it.

The manager was nice - not else good can I say - 1 elevator and it was out of service our room was on 3 we were checking in at 2am- next day mgr moved us- ants in bathroom and on the coffee bar that had water and coffee grounds and sticky stuff still on coffee tray- carpet didn’t look like it had been vac’d…. And the last night and morning as we were leaving ants were in the bed and a black bug that I smashed on the bed- hoping it wasn’t a roach- breakfast area had fruit loops all over -juice machine out of order looked like someone’s kitchen and staff in the office chatting it up- don’t have enuf towels to go around so if you don’t have towels you have to wait til they wash and dry towels. I have stayed multiple times but this one is the last time.

The hotel smelled when we walked in. It was musty and the elevator and rooms also had a bad smell to them. The printer wasn’t working when I was there (so no receipt) and now they “can’t email me a receipt” because it will show a different price than what I paid. The milk came out in chunks when another guest was pouring it over their cereal so we didn’t eat the breakfast. The girl who checked me in was sweet and helpful but the overall experience was not good.

Overall hotel was clean, we did attempt to use the coffee cups that were in the room. The were dirty, they had definitely been used and left in the room upside down like they were new. The WiFi also did not work. If you are not tech savvy you would not figure out how to use the tv. It was not auto connected to the WiFi

Nothing special about this place for families. Right off of the main road and little loud, but ok for a night.

Unfortunately, the elevator was not working. As an older adult, it would have been difficult to walk up the stairs, so they gave me a room on the first floor. Everyone was very helpful.

This property was so dirty and the room smelled like puke so we did not even walk in. No other rooms available so we left immediately

The beds were nasty and the room was poprly cleaned.

Pool was closed for cleaning. Room was not ready so they had to substitute another. Seemed to be a lack of customer service.

Clean and nice room

Loud guests were not put in check or controlled, parking lot turned into a "party" every night including water balloon fights and kids running wild. The same guests made it so that the hotel staff closed the pool because of their rowdy behavior, and the front desk was hardly ever attended. I do not recommend staying here.

The pool was ice cold and the pool room smelled like sewer. The furniture in the room was stained. The staff were incredible but the hotel itself was less than appealing.
