Other than the front desk not always available we had no hand soap in or bathroom. But otherwise it was a great stay.

Everything was great!

All was very good! We have no complaints. We FID accidentally take our key cards with us after checking out instead of leaving them with in the room or with the lobby manager. Do we need to return them somehow or are new ones made for when that happens?

My only complaint was that the bed was too high. Otherwise everything was perfect. Very nice friendly staff.

The gentleman who checked us in/out wasn’t very friendly

Upon arrival and checking in the room had ants and their response was to spray for it instead of giving a different room. Also, the room oneside ac did not work and it was too hot to be comfortable. They comp tickets for breakfast.

Staff was nice, hotel all in all was clean. My rooms shower was a little dirty, but over all was a nice place to stay.

Well, there was a cockroach in the bathroom of the hotel of my room, and I reported it to the front desk and he says that that’s very rare that that happens as if it happens and then offered to accommodate me and no kind of way totally disappointed

My room was next to a noisy room. I had to call the front desk at 3:00 AM to address the noise, but they were unable to contact the guests. I left the hotel at 6:00 AM feeling very tired. The toilets were smaller than standard, making it difficult to sit and stand. There were also a lot of ants running around on the bathroom floor.
