The breakfast was ok. Not great but ok. The toilet in my room sounded like it was going to flush every 30-45 seconds ! Can you imagine how annoying that was/is ? Those things need to be brought to the attention of maintenance by housekeeping or any other staff members who are made aware of it ! The room should NEVER have been assigned to me - or any other guest. I had a very nice impression of Stoney Creek after my first stay - but now not so much !

The staff was excellent, including the breakfast staff -- very friendly and very accommadating. The breakfast was very good.

Friendly staff and great location. Wish the hot tub had been in working order and/or the pool was heated. Sauna was nice though.

Clean, comfortable, and close to everything It felt a little dated or perhaps less grand compared to another Stoney Creek in which I stayed, but I wasn’t in any way misled; it was just my false expectation. This property was a great value, and I’ll stay here again.

Room was mostly clean but lamps without switches and outlets that didn’t work. Hot tub was out of service. Breakfast was not very well supplied for the demand. Hotel in general needed repairs to improve aesthetic appearance.

Cleanliness is well above average from most hotels. Breakfast selections are good, rooms are spacious and very clean. The only complaint was the bed was a bit lumpy and the pillows were like stones. However overall it was very well maintained, clean, and has useful amenities.
