I have stayed here in the past and these items were always there. I have stayed at this hotel on several other occassions and I have always found it to be very clean and the staff to be very amendable. I do recommend this hotel for its convenience to activities in the area, reasonable pricing, parking and service. There is a nice restaurant right behind this facility and other eating establishments close by. It is currently being updated, so the free breakfast is currently not available. I will be back in this area again in November and this is where I plan to stay.

The name changed without notification. Econ lodge does not exist. The hotel in place of it is under renovation and there are boxes and stuff everywhere. No cleaning came in or out during a 5 days stay

Guy receptionist was extremely rude! He was heard calling a woman a female dog and threatening to call the cops on her.

Duration of my stay….so they changed the sheets check frig and changed the light bulbs. So the day I was going to check out they knocked on my door super hard @10am. 10am!!!!!! 10am to remind me of my check out… how can I forget!!! That was Purposely done….. Here Comes 11am another knock open the door both manager and housekeeper at the door… I said give me a minute…. At this point this is Harrassment and I never been to a hotel that actually gives you a reminder before 11am….11:14 another knock now I’m pissed…this is 3 instances at this point and I told them about themselves and the hotel… Manager didn’t agree what I said but who cares… too rude for my liking and the hotel is nasty… the housekeeper was cleaning another room which is another sad part it but they called the cops while waiting for my uber just to charge me 25 bucks for staying over 20 minutes… smh never go HERE

Good location It smelled horrible like old carpets and beds were harder then floor

Breakfast was advertised but when we arrived it was not available. The wall in room 211 was very dirty. My wife thought it was gross. We slept in the bed closest to the outside window just to stay away from the gross wall.

Located near lots of places to eat and gas stations. The windows don’t lock and so anyone can come into your room unannounced. I got moved from 1st to 2nd floor because of this. The windows still didn’t lock on the 2nd floor. It seems as though they are rehabbing the property. So as a night shift worker there was constant noises from this which made sleeping really difficult. Front desk staff was nice. There were no toiletries and it wasn’t a problem as we came prepared with our own. We also used our own towels as the towels seemed to have been washed with oil and were completely dingy stained. Parking was easy and the rooms were clean

Price First room toilet didn’t work so at 9pm got kids out of bed to move to a new room.New room was ok except for shower wouldn’t work .No breakfast served they should renovate and reopen . Front desk said they would pass it on to the manager .Should be compensation for the problems

I don't like to leave negative reviews so be warned. First room, couldn't sleep as the air conditioner sounded like it was churning gravel intermittently all night. The shampoo and conditioner and body wash were mounted on the shower wall and all completely empty. They thankfully switched us rooms and the second was better. Toiletries half full except the conditioner, empty. A/C quiet. The lobby smelled strongly of urine and there were wet room towels scattered upon entering. Amenities do not exist. You are lucky to get a single bath towel. Had to ask for towels every day, and one day was given two bath mats. Bed comfort, 2/5 Staff were friendly enough. Convenient location! That's why I chose it. I will try a different hotel next time I go to Quincy.
