Property was nice. It wasn’t too far from downtown.

Well presented and comfortable with friendly and helpful staff Quite a cramped breakfast room

Locality near transport links Rooms needed upgrading and breakfast could have been better

Location Was a little noisy early in the morning ( 6 am) by the own staff pulling and pushing things around

The breakfast was good. The location was goods, 4 minutes to the beach and a couple seafood restaurants.

Nice clean modern Guy on reception was monosyllabic when we checked out The girl the night before was super helpful

The staff, front desk, housekeeping, breakfast crew, they were very kind and thoughtful!

Room was super clean. Staff was amazing checking in. I just got this room because I had an early flight and it was about 15 minutes from the airport. Would stay again! Hopefully longer next time.

Fundamentally mediocre hotel brought down a notch by poorly maintained rooms, sad breakfast, and inattentive staff.

Couldn't confirm if we could check in early, just a subject to availability response, no big deal. Room stank of smoke, Couldn't move as full. 8am next morning, room next door getting renovated and woke us all up. Complained and reception staff were dismissive and unhelpful. Manager was helpful and promised they wouldn't start as early the next day. The one positive. Won't be back

Located 15 walking minutes away from a metro station which is 30 minutes away from central Boston The property is poorly maintained, and cleanliness was a major concern. We found live insects in our room and large accumulations of dead bugs in the common areas that appeared to have been left for a long time. The room itself had stained bed sheets, and there was a leak from the bathroom ceiling ventilation during our stay. The remote was sticky so we had to use a bag around it. I would not stay here again and would recommend future guests consider other options.

Clean room, nice neighborhood, easy access to transportation, A little far from the center

Also, I was unaware that at this location, maid service and fresh linen were on request only basis.
