Very disappointing stay. Both my friend and I were bitten by insects during our stay, and we had multiple red, swollen, and itchy bites. The symptoms continued for about a week after we returned home before finally getting better. Neither of us had experienced anything like this before, so we were very concerned about the cleanliness and condition of the room. I hope the hotel takes this issue seriously, thoroughly inspects the rooms, and improves its cleaning and pest control. Unfortunately, this experience made our stay very unpleasant.

The location of the hotel wasn't bad as far as walking distance to the T and to downtown Quincy shopping and food (roughly about a mile to a mile and a half). The park across the street was a nice bonus and the little seated area outside of the hotel was nice. At check-in, the staff member at the counter offered little in the way of information, just the basics (The elevator is over here; your room is on the second floor). A little more, such as: The ice machine is located here; since your room is all the way at that end of the building, if you park "here," it might be more convenient...small touches like that would have been nice. The building and parking lot: Parking lot - Mostly well lit with a few dark areas. During our two-night stay, we did notice a few "addicts" seated on the sidewalk near the entrance to the parking lot. Overall, though, it seemed safe, and our vehicle wasn't damaged. The Building: a little on the outdated side, had a feeling of being "flipped" (the snap-together floor in our room flexed in several spots when walking on it, the cabinet at the rear of the bathroom sink was rotted, and the handle for the shower fell off while using the shower). Our mini fridge was dirty when we arrived (I cleaned it). The door to our room did not close properly. The first morning we were there, we found the area where breakfast was served was out of food (eggs and sausage) and no staff in the area to ask. Upon check-out, we were only asked which room we stayed in and were instructed to put our keys in a box. No "Thank you for staying with us", we were not asked how our stay was...it was just not "welcoming.

A nice and comfortable hotel conveniently located near Boston. The location is very convenient, with easy access to the main roads, restaurants, and shopping areas. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, and everything was well maintained. The best part of my stay was the staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and very helpful. They made the stay pleasant and were always ready to assist with any questions or requests. Overall, I had a good experience and would definitely consider staying here again.

We chose this hotel because it was relatively inexpensive and only a 13-minute walk from the Wollaston subway station, which offers very frequent service from the center of Boston even in the late evening. The friendly desk man helped us find places we could get something to eat even though it was after midnight. Anyone coming in had to pass by him. The room was spacious and quiet. Plenty of space in the room but a lack of furniture for two people. Cleaning not quite perfect.

Simple and free breakfast. Behind the bed was a bit messy. I suggest giving us extra sheets at least. We stayed 3 nights but because it wasn't 4 nights we didn't have room service the whole time. Also front desk no one is ever available. From the moment I booked up until even after I checked out we forgot something in the room I couldn't reach anyone at the first desk. I'm not saying to be glued to the phone but at least someone should have answered
