Good location for the price but the property is definitely dated. The restaurant was very sad.

The first day we arrived we requested to be changed to a different room as it had a strong humidity smell, we were changed to another room, but the last day of our stay we found 2 mice running in the bathroom! Not recommend this hotel at all, we were so dissatisfied. And the last drop was when checking out (6:30AM) there wasn’t anybody at the front desk, a lady from the breakfast area helped us to find the clerk, who was sitting in her car having a smoke! Upper management from this hotel should take a note of all this and resolve. We filed the complaint of the mice with Expedia.

The staff was friendly and the breakfast was your standard hot hotel breakfast. The bed was comfortable but the room and property was run down. The bed frame had stains along the side, there was clear water damage on the ceiling and the side of the bathroom vanity was damaged and peeling off.

Missing Body Mirror in the room

Asked the staff prior if we could check out an hour later at 12 instead of 11 and the cleaning staff knocked on my door at 10:15 I told them I’m still here, then they knocked loudly again at 11:05 even after telling them I’m staying till 12. They woke me and my girlfriend twice for no reason.

Rooms clean Staff was very impersonal. I felt I was bothering them with a question. Bar tender was great though.

Location was easy and the staff were very helpful. They should allow guests to buzz in the back doors with their room keys, instead of having to go ask the way around to the front with their luggage.
