Best Western Adams Inn Quincy-Boston

Good enough to sleep and keep your stuff. Not really a point in booking a full suite unless you absolutely need the fridge space for whatever reason or must eat takeout at a table, there's a kitchen and table but no silver/cookware at all. Sofabed mattress is as thick as your arm.

Nice enough place but so loud. Walls are so thin you can hear others conversations. You can hear anytime someone above you walks around. The bed was horrible and needs to be replaced. It was fine for 2 nights but I don’t think I’ll choose this place again.

Clean rooms Dinner on site

The location has easy access to parks and highways to visit Boston sites whether downtown by subway or car. Beautiful view of the river and walkways to parks and trails which we enjoyed as well as our dog too! The restaurant had very good healthy choices.

No shelf in shower for soaps and shampoos. Had to keep everything on the floor. Would recommend small grab bar for balance while washing feet. Wish trash was emptied daily with option to not change/make beds. Nothing major. Just suggestions. Thanks for a nice stay.

My family had a few request, and the staff was very accommodating. Angela was exceptional during check in. My family and I were pleasantly surprised on the cleanliness and service. The TV primarily just show movies, so we didn’t have access to ESPN but the place more than made up for it.

Nice Location right on the water

We had to switch rooms mid stay because there was a mouse in our room. The front desk double charged me, which they did refund, but I then had a hold for the price of my stay on my card for 3 days. Would not recommend ever. Attached picture of food bad ripped apart by mouse.

Also, I did not realize the breakfast closed down so early. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great place with a pub attached thr bathroom could be updated and it was loud but great location! Parking was $10.

very helpful staff that helped us get a map and directions to get to Lowell foe a folk festival. Thank you Angela! Very nice breakfast with many choices. Everything was exceptional quality. . The only thing that was problematic for us was our difficulty in finding the exits to get to the hotel We are from the Berkshires and not used to the heavy traffic and speed of the vehicles. know this is certainly not the hotel and staff's fault but I thought I would mention it.

Breakfast and dinner was great! Room was dated and the pull out couch mattress looked stained, my husband wouldn’t sleep on it just based on how it looked.

Our room had a great view, was clean and comfortable beds.
