Ramada by Wyndham Boston

The hotel was very hot in the hallways but the room was cold. Very close to the highway so it’s very loud. Breakfast was terrible. Breakfast sausage was dry and over cooked, waffle mix was not refilled.

We woke up around 1:40am to a rodent in the room. We immediately got dressed and left. The guy at the desk was awful and wasn't considerate of what happened. All he said was be sure to rate us and hope you come back.

Some staff was very helpful, some not at all, no ice machine, fridge does not get cold, tv only had antenna channels. Breakfast was good, ro clean but ceiling falling apart in one area leaving debris on the floor. Elevator was scary. Only one luggage carriage and staff insisted house keeping needed when we were leaving.

I have two words for what could save this hotel: Controlled demolition. This is an ancient property that has been patched up and added on to over their years, so it has a bizarre layout and infrastructure that is creaky at best, including the elevator. Even though we were there during a heatwave, I expected better air conditioning in the lobby and breakfast room, but they were both tepid. The ice machine died while we were there, too. Our room could have been cooler as well, even with the AC set at 63. The room was otherwise pretty nice, although the hook on the bathroom door was hanging by thread, there were no blackout curtains, and the safe wouldn’t stay closed so I had to lock it. Great towels, though! The breakfast food was good (love those waffles), but the hotels saving grace was its staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful in a way that defined “hospitality.” These heroic employees deserve a better place to work. Build them one.

I enjoyed the pool on a hot day

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was very hard to find our room the place was like a maze. The room was very HOT the door had large gaps around it letting in the heat and the AC unit could not cool down the room.

Front desk, maintenance, and housekeeping were amazing. Very helpful. Halls smelled like urine, toilet has a leak, but maintenance was efficient and fixed it right away. We were offed to switch rooms, but chose to stay in the same room. Breakfast was okay. Pool area very clean. Overall okay.

Tell ppl that you gotta leave deposit

A horrible place—filthy and full of bugs. I wanted to cancel the moment we arrived, but I couldn't because there was no one in charge; we had to endure a night of terror. Don't set foot there!

Pool was handy for hot days.

It was nice to be able to have breakfast there at the motel. The staff was pleasant.

Location In dispute with Management over booking arrangement. Management dispute facts, dispute on-going- Not very American, more once they have your money, your history

Bed to sleep and healthy breakfast every morning. Location is not so convenient for public transportation. The locker was not working ☹️ @ room 175 .

This place is disgusting bugs in room and staff to annoyed to help anyone. cleanliness and damaged to room doors not a safe feeling place do not waste time or money
