Great staff, good

The room had a body odor smell. We were right next to the elevator and it was so loud all night we couldn’t sleep. The shuttle is very convenient and the bar staff was very nice.

The hotel was very clean, friendly staff. The free breakfast cooked to order was awesome, excellent.

Great location. Clean, comfortable room. Friendly, helpful and accommodating staff. The free shuttle from and to the airport, and proximity to a subway station (2 blocks away) made Boston very accessible/affordable without having to rent a car or Uber around. And, as always, the welcome cookies were DELICIOUS!

The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the complimentary shuttle to the airport was a nice surprise. Other than its proximity to the JFK Library and U MASS, however, it was quite isolated from the rest of Boston. There was a very unattractive parking lot/construction site out back. It was several blocks to a transit terminal. Minimal on-site amenities, and the food service/room service seemed to be an afterthought, not really integrated into the hotel operations.

Staff could have told me about the free shuttle in front of the hotel. I would have been happier to have been assigned a nonhandicapped room.

The service van staff in the evening was very friendly and professional. He dropped us at a great place for dinner and picked us up.

The staff were very accommodating and helpful. We used the shuttle to the cruise port.

Very clean facility. Front Desk Agent was friendly and helpful. Only downside was communications from the airport. We made a last-minute reservation and attempted three times to contact the hotel to get a shuttle ride from BOS. However, no one answered the phone and we had to take a $45 cab ride to the property. The shuttle to the airport in the morning was fast. Too bad we couldn't get them to send one for the PM pickup.

Love the shuttle service to cruise pier, airport. And to restaurants. The drivers are amazing they are always helpful. Smiling

Hotel was clean and up to par. Not much to it, just a place to sleep

Room was not that clean. Smelled like cigarettes. Old and needs remodeled. Staff behind the desk wasn’t very helpful. I won’t stay there again.

The staff were what made this hotel better than just "meh". As mentioned by others, it's a bit worn around the edges - the lights in my room were dim and the water pressure was low - but the beds we're comfortable, the service was excellent, and the free shuttle to the conference center and the airport was appreciated. I'd return for business purposes again.

The staff was the best. We came to this hotel because of Ping who served food in the mornings. Others, all others. were also excellent staff that made us feel like we were at home.

The room was very nice. The only complaint was the noise from the hallway and the air-conditioner. The breakfast was delicious and made to order. The location was perfect for our quick trip to the JFK Presidential Library and the airport. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean room. I appreciated the personalized welcome message on the TV screen. The front desk staff was efficient and friendly and the bartender that evening was also very welcoming. Enjoyed my stay. Oh, and the cookie was a nice touch.

This is my second time staying here. The staff is always helpful; it is very clean and well maintained. Naila (I think that is correct spelling) who works at the front desk is really warm and friendly. The staff for morning breakfast are great and quick; the bartenders are really nice and this time I ate dinner here twice and it was delicious. Quick to the highway and easy to get to the major hospitals.
