The staff were not super friendly.

Great place!

Was ok, needs a bit update

Great location for tourists with shuttle service to some locations and a 5 minute walk from the red line train. Our room was serviced everyday of our stay and we were given all the extra coffee and cookies(!) we asked for. Shuttle drivers were super helpful with transit and walking directions, too.

The drivers are great for airport pick-up, and I know it's a business but it was shocking not to be offered anything after sitting in line after a rough day of travel. Only behind about 6 other people but that taking 50 minutes and then another 15 to check in was really disappointing. The staff were somewhat apologetic but again nothing was offered as compensation which would be customary in a situation like this. The day after checking in a few guests including us had room keys not work and same thing...just here are some new keys...not very apologetic or understanding. Coming from the 6th floor after a day walking around was kind of a drag. Would be nice to have some sympathy or understanding. Cleaning staff 5 stars...very kind, very good, very through. Driving staff 5 stars...very kind, very helpful, and happy at work. Desk staff...2 - 3 starts...unsympathetic and somewhat cold...not happy at work it seems. Company policy...0 starts. No help when there is a gigantic delay. Longest in my check-in history by over 30 minutes.

Terrible experience. We landed after a long flight from Iceland, completely exhausted, and discovered there was no airport shuttle after 9:30pm even though it is supposed to operate 24 hours a day. Because of that, we had to pay for an Uber. When we finally got to our room, it smelled strongly of dog urine, and the blankets were musty, so we had to change rooms. The following morning, we had another early Flight.Breakfast doesn’t start until 7:00, so we weren’t able to try it. The beds were also very uncomfortable. Overall, this is definitely not a four- star hotel. I usually love staying at Hilton hotels, but this property was a huge disappointment.

Was a bit far away from the main areas but transport links are very good

the elevator didn't work for me during my stay, only my room,

Had a great stay, building was quiet, staff was friendly and cookies were tasty!

Excellent

The hotel is just a bit old. The staff try to keep it clean but it smells musty. The online blurb says it has a pool but it doesn’t, be prepared to pay substantial rates for parking too.

Super nice

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, the staff was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious.

Pros: friendly, helpful staff; the hotel is clean and my room was spacious. The walk to the JFK Library is beautiful. Cons: I picked this hotel specifically for an airport shuttle only to learn upon check in that it leaves every hour on the hour starting at 5am, and I needed to be at the airport before 5am (I would have paid more to stay at the airport had I known). The walls are thin and it was hard to sleep because I could hear noise next door and in the hall way.

From start to finish, this hotel was a great experience. Bill our airport shuttle driver was fun and informative. The hotel was close to the train station which made getting around Boston easy. The room itself was clean and spacious. Very comfortable for resting each evening. Of course the warm cookie at check-in was a hit.

There are a couple fridges that you can buy from, maybe a microwave, and an Ikea-looking "Bar" (yes, with booze), and a few rounders/stools I was planning my route from the airport to this hotel with luggage. I might have found a restaurant at the airport, but based on the convo with the desk person, I went straight to the hotel. I had to walk blocks, out of a non-walk friendly area (intersections, trains, etc.), into the neighborhood to find a pub or restaurant.

Everything was great.

The staff was fantastic. Security guard, hostess, housekeeping etc., all were kind. We loved the location to T station and airport. We felt safe and slept well after full days of exploring. Self parking was available and didn’t have any trouble finding a good restaurant close by where we could drive the first evening.

I had to call about the ac not working, came immediately and fixed, tub drained slow. I notified at check out. I was allowed late check out to 1:00pm. The shuttle leave on the hour, act accordingly. I had to wait until 2:00pm for the next. Overall 9/10.
