Conversely, the dinner staff did a fabulous job preparing fresh, hot food. It was slow, but worth it for the quality I received.

Only one problem, the company vehicle was blocking the main entrance, it should have the own spot.

We were told that there was no shuttle pick up at the cruise port found out later that there was after we spent $40 taking a cab to get there second we ordered chips and guacamole from the restaurant and it looks like they emptied bottom of the bag of chips under the plate nothing but crumbs really plus the guacamole really not very good at all. The most they repaired for a motel room $287 per night.

Stayed here for an overnight trip to Boston. The place had easy access to the T about a five minute walk away making it very easy to commute into the city. The hotel itself was nice with clean bedroom and bathroom. The location was also about a five minute walk to the harbor which made for nice views of the sunrise and sunset.

Had a great stay, room was good, breakfast good, shuttle good, everyone who works there was nice and friendly and helpful!! Boston was great!

Did not use many services for one night stay. Staff were great. Dismayed the shuttle stopped at 9pm but it was great the next morning to get me back to the airport.

I liked the location. Close to the T and commuter lines so you don’t have to drive into the downtown area. You do have a 5 ish minute walk to water. I thought the lattes were okay. Staff were friendly and welcoming. I would come back here although if I were here again in the summer I’d look for an outdoor pool for relaxing. Bed was comfy. I don’t have a negative thing to say. I didn’t wish it would have cost less but I think it’s a the going rate.

Naila text me after I checked in and asked how everything was and told me to reach out if I needed anything during my stay. That little personal touch was really nice. The warm cookies were appreciated as I checked in late and was tired, but wanted a snack. Room was clean. I was on the 1st floor, but there was a keycard at the doors to the rooms so it was very quiet.

Everything was on point RockStar for all!
