Location, good host communication. Be prepared to look around a little bit to find parking at night.
-
A lot of space and close to Metro.. also quiet neighborhood
-
Parking was not easy. It was advertised as free parming and the explanation made it seem simple enough but finding free street parking in the area is not easy and you co stantly have to move your vehicles.
-
The location was excellent to get around 2 mins from the metro. Apartment was excellent. Hosts were fabulous.

Easy peasy
-
It was very roomy and clean. I would change out the daybed for a couch in the living room.
-
Spacious, clean and organized Only one thing that wasn’t the best, the beds were very uncomfortable
-
Everything was up to scale Squeaky floors
-
Apartment was clean and short walk from train. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Not too far from downtown Boston. Check in/check out process was very easy and convenient. If I ever find myself back in Boston, I’ll definitely see if this one is available.

The property was actually very clean, spacious and accommodated our girls basketball team attending camp down the street. The locks on the doors are awesome made you feel safe. The kitchen is fully stocked. The shower was said to be the best shower out there from all 8 girls! Always had hot water. The water from the tap was totally fine and great to drink. All appliances were updated and working perfectly fine. If we had an issue/question the Propery manager texted me back immediately. Such a great experience. There was so little things inside the property that might bother someone…chipped paint, remotes to TVs didn’t work in some rooms, outlets had some cosmetic issues. All small things that not one person cared about in our group. I mention them b/c I know some ppl would be upset. The parking was not amazing, but we worked with it. Looking from the outside you would have no idea how awesome the inside is.

Had everything as described and was good value for the location. The host had provided us with all basic necessities needed for a one night stay which is what we did. It’s also close to downtown making it very accessible if you would like to visit downtown Boston Finding parking here is a nightmare. So if you are coming here with a car, highly recommend looking for a parking spot ahead of time for overnight parking

The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The host was very kind. I highly recommend this place.

We drove from Canada. We were sent excellent instructions for parking, loading/unloading the car, parking tickets on different streets…tips..VERY THOUGHTFUL AND HELPFUL!!! Cups or glasses in the cupboard
-
Good value. Washer and dryer worked well Finding street parking nearby wasn't always close
-
spacious room, well maintained The house is a bit old.

The location of the property is excellent. Lots to do and see in the area. We walked to get breakfast and coffee in the morning which was nice. We were also able to walk to dinner. The property is very spacious with 2.5 bathrooms which is nice for a larger group. The parking was a little difficult but luckily there are plenty of streets to park on. Be careful reading the parking signs as there may not be parking in certain areas at certain times of the day.

It was clean and comfortable. Restaurant recommendations were good. It’s a vibrant, lively Neighborhood. It was conveniently located near the subway, which we used. The price was very attractive. Parking was a nightmare. The picture portrayed in printed material was far from accurate. I drove around the neighborhood for an hour looking for a place to park, and there were none. There were zero open spots on Dorchester Avenue, contrary to the claim made. Every street nearby required a resident permit. It was illegal to park on any street because of street cleaning on the first and third Mondays. We happened to be there over one of those Mondays. We ended up parking at the subway station parking lot, which was a pretty good solution. But it was not 2 1/2 blocks away, but four. And not plus or -2 minutes away as claimed but actually six minutes away. Thankfully, it only cost 7.50 per day, and 2.50 on weekends.it worked out OK for us because we took the subway most days. In short, parking was a nightmare for us, and I think the description of available parking given needs to be updated. Second, there was very loud creaking in the ceiling when the person living upstairs above us was simply walking around in that unit. It woke me up at 12:30 AM and again at 5 AM. So if you plan to stay in this place, you might wanna bring a pair of earplugs. The third complaint we have is that the bathtub/shower was extremely slippery to stand in. My wife almost had a major fall. Something should be done to improve the footing in the bathtub. Having said all that, it was a lovely place. Once figured out how to deal with parking. We were OK with the place. It is really really well designed for a larger group. We were just a couple so we didn’t use much of the available features of the unit. But we could see how great it would be for a group. Or a larger family.

nice kitchen, well stocked with most needed items, close to Metro station couches were not comfortable to sit in, 2nd bathroom was very small with just a toilet and sink
-
This is a large apartment with enough beds for a family group. All beds were comfortable and we found everything we needed (clean towels and sundries) for everybody. It is a good vslue Parking on the street was tricky st times and the property is a drive away from Boston proper.

The apartment was simply astonishing — spacious, clean, and in a great location. I couldn’t have wished for better.
