Very good

The hygiene at this hotel is very poor. There were flies everywhere—in the breakfast area, along the hallways, and in our room on the 3rd floor. To make matters worse, we got food poisoning after eating the hotel breakfast (experiencing severe stomach cramps and diarrhea). I tried contacting management regarding these issues, but I haven't received any response. The hygiene at this hotel is very poor. Conveniently located and breakfast was delicious. Staff were very friendly. A bit costly for the amenities provided.

The view and location

Great location- close to subway. Breakfast was great and the beds were comfortable. I like the fact that you had soft and firm pillows to choose from. Bathroom near lobby could be cleaner. The carpets in the room looked old.

Location is too far off from Downtown…

It was the best priced hotel and pretty close to everything It’s very close to the highway so the rooms were a little bit noisy

The problems started before we even arrived at the hotel. We waited approximately 30 minutes for the airport shuttle in the heat and darkness. When it finally arrived, it was overcrowded, making an already stressful situation even worse. When we went to the restaurant, we waited to be seated, but the hostess was nowhere to be found. We asked the bartender for assistance, but she was unhelpful and simply told us to wait. After about 20 minutes, the hostess finally arrived, only to tell us they were no longer serving food. After a long day of canceled flights and travel delays, this was incredibly frustrating. Unfortunately, our room (#52) was just as disappointing. The floors were sticky, the pillows were extremely uncomfortable, the room phone emitted a constant buzzing noise throughout the night, and the air conditioner was so loud that it was nearly impossible to sleep. Between the noise and the uncomfortable accommodations, we got virtually no rest. We had to leave at 4:00 a.m. to catch our flight, and after traveling all day without sleep because of the conditions in the room, we were completely exhausted. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. We understand that flight cancellations are beyond the hotel’s control, but we expected a clean, quiet room and basic customer service after such a difficult travel day. Instead, from t

- clean - close to a subway station - friendly and helpful staff - close to a strip mall - paying for parking

Very nice location Room with a city view mostly looked at parking lots.

Great location, walking distance to the T. Family friendly. Really enjoyed the breakfast included. Offered great food options. Right next to Southbay strip mall. Will definitely go back.

It was clean and close to public transportation. Close to stores and restaurants too. The surrounding area was not the best. There were many breakfast options, but turn around time for certain foods was very long and we barely had room to sit anywhere. Price was also high for not being in downtown area and paying for parking is ridiculous. I’ve never had to pay for parking at any hotel.

Above average breakfast. Close enough to downtown without the $$$$ room charges. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Would definitely return.
