Holiday Inn Express Boston by IHG

I was just need it a night to stayed and the hotel offer me what I need. The place was in clean good conditions and with the personal always ready to help when I was in need of something. I can easily go back if I need to return to visit the City That there is not offer any food during the day other than just at breakfast time. I would be happier if it was some kind of restaurant or something to eat when I was looking for that. When busy schedule, some travelers doesn't have time to look around.

Beds were comfortable. Breakfast included. Easy parking. Nice staff Lighting in the room was poor. Room entry door did not have sound seals. We could see light around the edges. The bathroom was very small and there was not a convenient power receptacle close enough to the wall mirror outside the bathroom. Bathroom door showing lots of wear and tear. Pillows were mediocre.

Breakfast!! Biscuits and gravy!!! Shuttle service from airport to hotel and then to cruise ship.

Did not like it here. Right next to a highway so did not get any sleep. Seems like much more than. 3 miles from airport. Did not know shuttle cost $10/person and only runs every 30 min so we ubered, defeating the whole purpose of staying somewhere we thought was close to the airport with a shuttle. Would not stay here again.

Breakfast was good. Hours should be extended The location was terrible. The surrounding neighborhood was not safe The room lighting was very dark. Definitely not worth $400 per night. At that rate they should at least offer free parking.

You advertised that this Holiday Inn Express offered free parking and a free shuttle to Logan Airport. Neither turned out to be free. I got free parking because one person in our party had a Holiday Inn card of some sort. The shuttle cost $10.00 per person.

Mike the night shift desk person was the best. We arrived 12 hours late and he treated us with respect and kindness.

Overall stay was comfortable. Only setback was getting a room with a disability shower which I didn't book. The shower wasn't comfortable. Otherwise everything else was great.

Cinnamon rolls at breakfast Room needs soundproofing - a lot of motorcycle and large truck noise at night - had to buy earplugs in order to sleep

I was happily surprised with my room. Kinda modernized & clean for a airport express. The midnight shuttle driver from airport forgot me though- so i ended up re calling them & having to wait an hour …not fun
