This hotel was recently upgraded. The rooms were very clean, grout and all.

Good location for us as close to where friends were also staying. Good beds and comfy room. Not really a negative as all hotels are expensive in Boston so this was reasonable in comparison to others.

The parking was free because we had a handicap placard

The location was easy to find. It was dark and I had to use my gps. There was ample parking, a covered main entrance, important because it was raining and I was warmly greeted.

The staff was very friendly and prompt. We got extra towels whenever we requested. I liked that we were close to a Target so we can quickly grab things. There was no full length mirror or any mirror at all outside the bathroom. All the mirrors are in the bathroom, which is hard with multiple people trying to get ready at the same time. The bathroom had both the vanity and full length mirror inside. Parking lot was very full at night, we almost couldn't find a parking spot after coming back late one night. Had to park very far away near the next hotel at the very last spot we could find.

Overall, will stay here again for my next trip to Boston and would recommend for anyone looking for a more quieter stay from downtown. Thanks again to the hotel front desk staff!
