The staff here were very knowledgeable and helped us figure out the local activities as well as the amenities offered. They were very friendly to us and our kids! We had dinner at the Bistro area in the hotel and that was a wonderful and convenient experience. Nice space and good food. Not too terribly overpriced either. The room was clean and nice! And they provided two pack and plays for our young kids to sleep in. The airport shuttle was very convenient!

Clean rooms, breakfast was really good, they did my check-in early, so it was convenient for me.

We arrived very early around 6am, we were resting in the lobby, the front desk guy was so helpful and let us check in as soon as a room was available, we ended up checking in round 9:30am with no extra charge, everyone in that hotel was so nice, professional and kind. It made our city experience even better.

I appreciate everything they have done. I had to cancel the week prior and they came and gave me a room without any penalties so that was very good. The hotel was beautiful. The staff were great and the food is delicious. Will definitely come back again.
