Great stay

I appreciate everything they have done. I had to cancel the week prior and they came and gave me a room without any penalties so that was very good. The hotel was beautiful. The staff were great and the food is delicious. Will definitely come back again.

I’ve stayed at this property on a previous occasion. It is very well maintained. Gym is clean. Room was spotless. Mattress was a little firm fr me.

Great stay

Excellent location. 10 mins from subway and train station. Southbay mall right behind hotel with lots of places to eat and drink. Beds were comfortable and room was quite roomy. Daily room service with clean towels everyday. Would have been nice if when replacing the coffee pods they also gave bottled water. Airport transfer for $10 per person to the airport was good. Strict quiet policy between 10pm and 7pn was good as even though we were there for the world cup it wasn't rowdy at night We added breakfast for 4 adults for which you are given tokens for each day of your stay. However we were told that the breakfast deal was only for 2 adults and 2 children under 12. No mention of this anywhere on the site or in description and we clearly booked for 4 adults. Breakfast was very very slow. One person taking orders and one person preparing. Main bar closed at 10pm. They did have what they called a market place, essentially a small shop where you could buy snacks and drinks but they locked up the beer. Aircon in room was noisy as it was a big unit under the window which even when switch off at thermostat kept running. We were there for the World Cup so value for money it was definitely not. When first booked for 4 of us it was over £5000 for 7 nights. This eventually dropped to just over £3000 before leaving. Luckily we had booked with free cancellation so every time I saw the price drop I was able to cancel and rebook

Easy to find. Good onsite parking. Good location near metro. The pace of service at the cafe was really slow.

Clean and close to public transportation The hefty price due to the World Cup

The location was convenient off the interstate and a quick ride to the airport. Everything I needed was here-a snack shop, restaurant with bar and adequate parking.

My room was massive, which was clean, well kept and contained a fridge and microwave.

The rooms were spacious, the entire property was very clean, and its location near subway stations made getting around very convenient
