Staff are welcoming, kind and respectful. My room was impeccably clean! The shuttle driver was helpful with my luggage and getting me to the airport on time! Service at the bistro was a little slow and there was a short wait. But the food was delicious!

The room being spacious Every thing is monetized. There was no complimentary water bottles, no response to queries asked

I didn't eat breakfast Extremely loud banging and hammering right above our heads (we were on the top floor) early in the morning. To say they were sorry they gave people who parked there free parking. Since we flew in we received no type of compensation.

The whole back parking lot was blocked off. We came back from being in the city and were not able to find a parking spot and had to park far away. You should have enough parking for your guests.

We booked this hotel only because it had a double queen BR available. I also sent a note through booking prior to checking in to confirm they save it for us as we were expecting to check in late. When we checked in they confirmed it’s a double queen br however when we got to the room we realized it was not, it was a single bed room. The front desk that’s all they have available and we had to settle for it and be uncomfortable for that night (3 tall adults).
