The hotel is located in the middle of the drug dealing scene

My room was very nice. The only problem I had was a homeless group staying behind the hotel and making a lot of noise when I was trying to sleep.

It was very clean on the inside. Upon check in they told us we had breakfast served in a bag because of covid-19. One clerk said it starts at 6;30 am. My husband went down to see how long it would go to and they said it starts at 11:00. Which I thought seemed odd for breakfast. So we assumed it ended at 11:00 and she miss understood. I went down at 10:00 and they told me breakfast was over. Also when we arrived there were drug addicts walking around the premise and homeless people camped out next door. Needless to say I'd never stay there again!

I needed to use the Lobby bathroom really bad while checking in. I was told the bathroom was just for employees. Fair, after completing check in I ran to use the assigned room restroom and the keys didn’t work. Went back to the check in counter to get the card activated, it didn’t work the 2nd time. Went back again and begged to used the lobby restroom again. I was told no. All this without mentioning that I had to call the staff many times before they showed up the empty counter, the 3 times I had to go back including at checkout.

Great price and beautifully updated. Free parking is a huge plus. Breakfast very good. Staff very helpful :)

Our room was very nice and clean. Breakfast was good. Neighborhood was not the best. Location was good.

The location is iffy as in there is a homeless community around the area, however they were not bothersome or caused any problems. We walked everywhere and never had any issues. The room was updated and clean. Would recommend this to anyone.

For a bad part of town, the hotel was surprisingly well kept. Parking was horrible and unsafe. We were not asked how our stay was upon checkout.

Room was nice and clean they even supplied ear plugs which was nice normally dont stay in busy places I'm from country and its close to the Children 's Hospital

Hotel has been nicely remodeled into suites, very nice. They had a nice breakfast which was included. The only issue was the clicker for the tv and paid movie, volume was not working but wasn’t charged.

The amenities were great and the service aas wonderful. The only complaint I would have is the location is kind of questionable and there is a lot of noise. However, the hotel does supply earplugs to help with that. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

This was a great hotel beautiful clean rooms , breakfast area very clean and different variety’s of food of choice . Near to a lot of attractions areas.

Amazing room, AWFUL location. Close to nightlife but not very safe to be outside the hotel.

The location was horrible. It is on what is known as "meth mile" There has even been a documentary about it.

Our room was clean and well thought out for traveling with a family. The staff was always courteous, welcoming, helpful, & kind. The gym barely exists as it is just 3 pieces of equipment and some weights in a tiny room. Breakfast was ok. Location isn’t great. Many, many homeless and panhandling in vicinity. Loud due to proximity to fire station and hospital.

Check in service was very quick and the front desk was very nice

Not a great location, but the rooms are really nice ! Totally worth it
