Bedroom smelled old, stuffy and like feet. The bathrooms in the hallway were always full or dirty. We went to shower at 8am and had to wait an hour and a half for staff to clean a shower. The price does not reflect the hotel. Would not stay here again.

The room was small but cozy, everything was clean and organized. The fact that the bathroom is outside the room is an issue, especially because in the morning when we needed to get ready all the bathrooms were occupied for a very long time.

It was a good price and great location. Shared facilities concerned me but they keep it super clean.

Hotel phone receptionist was helpful and much appreciated. But hotel stay I decided to decline after realizing the booked reservation included not a bathroom in hotel room suite reserved.

The hotel itself is very nice, and the staff were all lovely. I was admittedly disappointed with my room, as I had booked a room with a bath inside, and according to the images on the website, I thought I’d have a glass shower and robe. However, the bathroom was more like a college dorm, with just a curtain that didn’t keep the water from flooding the bathroom. The toilet didn’t have a lid. It was also a step up to the bathroom, which could be precarious when it was wet. The bed was comfy, but there were no drawers for storing clothes. Overall, I was here for only a few days, so it was fine, but it just wasn’t what I thought based on the website.

Well put together. We had our own bathroom but the shared ones were immaculate. Almost nicer. Well set up. Small room but it’s historic Boston. Well put together, arranged well. Many shelves & places to put things. Great coffee downstairs. Didn’t have time to eat but Mexican place looked bomb. Make a great margarita. Cool vibe. Safe, clean, well lit. Chill. Residential street on side. Quiet & calm. Easy pick up & drop off for uber. Windows open easily. Best pillows ever. 93/100 sleep score. My Apple Watch was impressed with this bed.

The story behind the hotel and all of its beautiful artwork was wonderful. The room was functional for being so small. Felt like a safe area. Loved the onsite coffee bar. The onsite restaurant wasn’t open, was looking forward to having dinner there.

An absolute dump, worth than the worse hostel and as bad as that was, the staff was worse. Rude, arrogant, could care less about addressing guest issues, including having a card key for the room that works. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DUMP.

Room is clean and comfortable bed. Facility is clean. It needs improvement with sound proofing. We were assigned in 2nd floor and we can hear the loud music from their bar even at midnight.
