Very convenient location for people going to Downtown and China town areas. Small but clean rooms and the bathroom. It is an very good choice if you need a room only for staying overnight. Other than coffee and tea, there are no other amenities. There is no place to have a chat with visitors etc.

Smooth and easy check in. Reception staff stored my bag & helped with directions Stayed in a single room & it was perfect just what I needed

The location The sparse amount of furniture: no luggage racks. The bed/closet unit took up a huge amount of space and were shoved up against a wall therefore providing bed access on one side only.

Both the night and morning hostesses were very courteous, friendly, and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, well organized and maintained.

Room did not have a functioning bathroom.

I called down to the front desk and asked for fresh sheets we brought up. He said he wasn’t allowed to leave the front desk but we could come down and get them which we did and I remade the bed but of course it’s set a tone. The floor of the shower had black streaks all over it needed a good scrubbing.! and the top vanity in the bathroom had a White Rim stain from someone’s toothbrush and toothpaste

Good location, not too noisy at night. Wonderful staffs. Room was on a small side but doable for us 3 in a 2 queen beds room. Bathroom lacks hooks, a bigger table in the room would help a lot.
