The lady at the front desk was HORRIBLE. room was not ready at check in and she told me there was no clean rooms available I asked her an estimated time an other questions and she was no help at all. We then left then came back 10 minutes later because I wanted to speak to someone else and she said what are you doing back. I asked how she planned to contact me when it’s ready and she said she will call me I said do you need my number she said oh it’ll be on file. Finally a man came up and took over and I told him the issue he then checked my file and saw no number on file so she would’ve had no way to contact me. He then proceeded to takeover for her and got us a room within 10 minutes. She was so rude.

One staff member in particular did not look up from his phone once while checking us in, and proceeded to tell us he was so busy he hadnt had time to fill the water. He was doing sports betting on his phone. Wouldnt recommend this place but also wasnt the worst hotel ive been to. Worth extra money to stay elsewhere

Definitely a decent value stay - Stayed a night here when my flight was cancelled and the staff was absolutely delightful. The area of the hotel is absolutely great and walking distance from key areas of Boston, like the Theatre District, the Commons, the Boston Public Library, and many great restaurants in Back Bay and along Tremont Avenue. The space was small (which is not a dealbreaker at all, if your goal is to explore the city and not break the bank), but the amenities were a bit limited and not particularly inviting. The staff was splendid and accommodating. The room was quaint and sufficient. Very pleased to have experienced this hotel in a great city.

Love this hotel! Clean, so comfortable and has everything you need.

I booked this hotel as a no frills budget option in Boston where hotels can be quite pricey during peak times. I had a twin single and yes it was basically a single room with a toilet and shower. The room was showing some wear but it was clean and fit my need. It’s in a great location, a block away from Boston common and within easy walking distance to restaurants and night life. Fenway is a 15 min ride on the Green Line which you can catch 3 blocks away. As for negatives the air conditioning vent was on the wall above the bed so there was cold air blowing down whenever it kicked on and you could hear noise from the street (not a high pedestrian traffic area but there was a lot of Fast and Furious cosplay with loud cars and motorcycles revving and tearing down the street). The common areas could use a little attention but overall the room was fine.

Not a great experience at all. I would never stay here again! Horrible experience and the room was an embarrassment!

Love the staffs here, very nice and welcoming. Shout out to their beds, slept rlly well

This place was exactly as advertised! It was clean, had AC, no issues with check in, discounted parking at the nearby garage. Would stay here again.

Rooms were nice for a quick work trip. There was no staff on site overnight and I was told the front door is locked after 11pm. Some other guests were locked out at 2am and were banging and screaming at the doors for an hour. Before booking I would clarify if the hotel still abides by this policy.

Parking is across the street for a subsidized fee ($26). Air conditioning available but makes noise and every 15 or 20 mins it buzzes and wakes you up (to be fair, it might be an issue with the unit in the room I had). Tiny rooms which is ok but insulation is not that great and you can hear people in adjacent rooms even though they're not being too loud. Couldn't sleep thought on a tiny squeaky bed.

Would have been nice to have a small fridge in the room.

Rooms are tiny and floors felt uneven. The elevator is tiny and old. There were flies in the room, not sure where they were coming in from. The A/C would randomly shut off at night (two nights in a row it shut off). Also, not very sound proof, you could hear the busyness of the city at all hours of day/night.

Excellent

Dylan checked us in, he was super friendly and engaged. I definitely give him a 5 star rating.

The front desk personnel were somewhat helpful but I felt I was on my own for directions. This is really a no frills place for the price but the location was very good for me.
