The staff are fantastic. The room was very clean and comfortable. The Lounge was very comfortable and breakfast was very good.

Location and staff were excellent. There was significant noise from the street and nearby clubs. Despite being on the 8th floor, I was awakened around 2–3 a.m. several nights in a row. I reported the issue to the hotel, and they moved me to another room, which resolved the problem. The hotel was very accommodating.

It was clean. The staff was helpful and kind. The room was nice. The noise was next level. Sleep was not even possible. It was by far the worst experience I ever had at a hotel and for the price that it was for the night, and that caliber of hotel, we expected much better. At minimum, we expected to get some sleep. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough in the morning. It was beyond disappointing.

The overall surroundings of the hotel could have been cleaner, like the lobby, entrance, elevators, etc. We stayed at the 10th floor and there was a constant food smell at the corridors. That said, the staff was super nice.

Returned to Boston in our annual trip to drop off kids at camp in NH. The W has become a tradition for our family. The staff is always helpful and welcoming. It is nice to return to see familiar faces year after year. Location is amazing and overall a great experience
