Courtyard by Marriott Boston Downtown

Modern, clean, comfortable room...upbeat, helpful, and knowledgeable staff...an air conditioner control that I could actually figure out and operate successfully...and a very good LOCATION in Boston for having access to historical sites, restaurants, metro system, and events.

Room was TINY. Parking was $75 per day. Construction drilling all day. *Worst Courtyard I ever stayed at.

This is a nice place, and the staff was wonderful. There was a mixup with our room, but the staff fixed the problem and made us very comfortable and accommodated. The breakfast was very good.

Only complaint I have is that my room was next to some type of club and it was loud. I couldn’t sleep from all the noise coming from outside

The location is excellent, easy walk to many main areas and close to a T station. Most of front desk staff was very nice, especially Gina. Overall good value for money and well kept hotel The conditioner was empty when we got the room, I asked for it to be filled but it never was. The first two nights slept well, the last night (Friday) there was a lot of street noise that even ear plugs could not drown out - this was because it was a Friday and the night before 4th July. Out of the hotels control but bear in mind for weekend / holiday weekend trips

The location is very convenient to many of Boston 's attractions

This was our second stay here and the whole staff seems friendly and helpful. We love the location, the rooms have been basic but clean and efficient. Everything worked, the hotel was very busy with a big wedding and folks from around the world in town for the World Cup—it was great for us.

Hotel is above and connected to a night club. The club has stadium worthy sound systems. Stayed on the 7th floor- whole building was shaking from the bass. Don’t expect sleep, good towels, big rooms, big bathrooms, or anything you would expect from a Marriott. Stay elsewhere especially if you like getting good sleep.
