Courtyard by Marriott Boston Downtown

Parking is a challenge, unless you're willing to surrender your vehicle to strangers who overcharge, taking advantage of your circumstances. Unfair parking situation.

staff was just OK. Great location and very clean. very expensive for what it was, but its the location that drives that. i get it.

Bed size and cleanliness. No where to hang towels in bathroom. Electrical socket near bed did not work.

Room was not very clean. Room smelled bad. Continental breakfast was way over priced.

Very unpleasant with large cockroaches in the luggage room where my luggage had to be placed due to early check-out times-

Breakfast buffet was great. Many options to pick from. Room was recently updated and clean.

THE COST

staff was so insanely kind and helpful! the building itself was gorgeous and it was fairly easy to navigate to our room. the bed was very comfy and i slept through the entire night it was kind of difficult to adjust the temperature in the room so we were either freezing or too warm. that absolutely could have just been us though. also the TV seemingly disconnected from the internet at one point with no way to check the settings

The location was amazing, right across the street from the Boch Wang Center for our show. I e walked to Maggiano’s for dinner. You an walk yo chinatown, valet was great. Great experience!
