All of the hotel staff were nice, very friendly and helpful. They were a great representation of the city of Boston!

Fantastic hotel. You can turn in your parking ticket from 40 Beach Street Garage (holy hell tight parking spots and turns) for a QR code for in/out privileges. The hotel has 4 elevators and tons of rooms. The 2nd floor is check in with a free drink and $35 food/drink credit. The top floor is a viewing room for the city with lots of sitting options. The room itself was immaculate. A corner room is the way to go with huge views! Bathroom was great too. I would 100% stay here again. My fear of heights was tamed slightly even from the 10th floor room.

This is a good hotel in a great location for sightseeing. We got $35 vouchers for a meal each day. However , they never had French toast the 3 days we stayed and had no coffee the last day. They made me an Americano but charged me for it

I love the hotel, it’s well maintained and great amenities. But the only downside was the street noise. It is in downtown and by bars. So not great if quiet night is what you want. But still good location to explore Boston.

I liked almost everything about this property! The shower was so nice, the views were so fun. The party atmosphere was energizing. You can hear every single thing going on outside. We were on the 7th floor and until past 3am it was so loud! No open windows! This is through them.

It’s a great location, close to the CBD and main attractions. The rooms are tiny, we had nowhere to put our bags and had to forgo housekeeping because we needed to keep luggage on the bed or the floor right next to the bed. It would be super tight for one person never-mind two and overpriced because of that. Also, the daily holding deposit is not warranted.

Excelente experiencia. Todo estuvo perfecto desde nuestra llegada. El hotel estaba muy limpio, bien cuidado y las instalaciones se sentían cómodas y agradables. El personal fue muy amable, atento y profesional en todo momento. Sin duda, un lugar que recomendaría y al que volvería nuevamente. ¡Excelente servicio!
