Moxy Boston Downtown

Super nice and greatly improved. I am so happy to see better results!!!

The best thing about the hotel is the location. Close to Boston common park and sights. The worst thing is the room itself which was extremely small. The bed took the whole space so you had no room to move around. No comfortable chair or anywhere to sit to read or watch tv. There was one foldable wooden chair hanging on a peg, but nowhere to use it even if you wanted. There are no closets or chest of drawers to allow you to unpack. You literally have to pick up and open your suitcase and take out what you need and set It back on floor. No storage for anything. No safe and other amenities you would normally expect in any hotel room. My dorm room in college was better than this. But for the room itself, I'd be giving this a rating of five. Breakfast and staff, cleanliness, location all were great!!!!EXCEPT THE DINKY SMALL ROOM!!!!

I have no idea where all these fees come from at the end of the day. Whether it’s the city of Boston or Moxy. But when I have a rate of 237 and stay for 3 nights and somehow get charged almost 900 dollars it’s ridiculously annoying. The hotel its self was fine. If you want to feel like you’re in 2005.

Very clean facility, kind staff

Nice clean hotel close to a bunch of attractions. The bar is amazing and they give you credit when you check in. Room is small no microwaves or mini fridge but gets the job done

convenient It was not possible to switch off the main air conditioning. The engineer explained that since the building has no windows the major system cannot switched off. While having an umpleasant temperature, the system was noisy. So confortwise my staying has been poor.

Great vibrant location. Very clean, so much to do all in the building and the area surrounding. Easy to uber to other areas too Small rooms and would like better and more towels

This isn’t a criticism of the hotel—it’s simply something future guests should be aware of if they’re light sleepers. We love the Moxy and would absolutely stay there again, but next time we would request a room that doesn’t face the city.

breakfast was good, facility was creative and aesthetic, staff was very nice My only complaint and reason for not providing a 10/10 was the noise on the street. The location is extremely loud at night. Felt like cars were literally drag racing outside our window which made it impossible to sleep.

The rooms are very small. But the vibes were great, the staff was great, the ovation was perfect.

Rooms are very very small. No closet. Little space to hang anything. There are a few pegs on the walls. Some place to stay if you’re only there for one night or two. It would be uncomfortable for longer.

All the things I like in a hotel; quick check in, located near all downtown attractions, and very nice staff. I will most definitely be staying here again on my next visit back to Boston.
