I absolutely loved my stay. I felt very safe and was comfortable. Would definitely stay again! Plenty of room, very hot water for showers.
-
Location was ideal for us, close to the bus/train station. Given our kind of trip it was ideal for what we needed! Larger advertisement of certain services would be good, I.E. Padlocks being supplied, as we went to a shop to purchase one without realising the hostel sold them!

Need more fans in the room

Clean, well situated, plenty of help and information. No complaints at all.
-
Good sized kitchen. Food for sale to cook yourself in the main reception . Coffee. In the kitchen area for free. No tea. Asian supermarket across the road which was perfect, not far from underground etc. Not the properties fault. But booked during World Cup. Price normally. £70 per night. Was nearly £250 per night. And unfortunately our circumstances changed and we only needed 3 nights instead of 4. But they wouldn’t. Give us a refund. Even that it was 3 months since we booked.

Asked again yet get fobbed off with another excuse from reception.

We had a single room for two. The bed was comfortable and all amenities were great. We loved the activities they offered and help guiding the city. Wyatt was super helpful! The AC is not working properly. Our room blew air but didn’t make the room cold. Others were saying their rooms were too cold and they had to ask for extra blankets.
-
Only gripe was the price of the room - any other country and without the World Cup on - a room like this should be half the price. Nearly £300 for a pretty basic small room, sirens most the night and a concrete floor!
-
I only stayed for one night and it was my first time staying in a hostel and it was a 10/10 experience the people were SO friendly the room was so clean! Would definitely recommend

The location was perfectly nestled near Chinatown, which offered exceptional dining options. The amenities were excellent, and I was able to do laundry and relax while overlooking Boston's night activities from the 2nd floor. My roommates were all respectful of quiet hours and keeping their appropriate spaces tidy. The beds were surprisingly comfortable, and the restrooms were very clean. The staff was friendly and efficient in attending to guests' needs. Highly recommend, will stay here again. FIFA late games prompted late-hour celebrations after big wins.

The staff was very helpful. You have to find a printer for that map you used to have. It is the most useful map of Boston I have found.

My friend from the room The bathroom
-
Very Expensive ($180/night for a bed in 4-bed room)
-
Great staff large open meeting room Just the predictable noise from the street and late night slamming of doors
