Nothing unique, everything was good about it and there were no surprises and just a single minor dissapointment which was a slow bathroom tub drain
-
Front staff was so helpful and great!

Hotel is situated next to downtown activities. Easy to walk everywhere. Check-in was easy and the staff was great. Only thing is beer at the hotel bar is way overpriced, actually more expensive than the World Cup stadium beer prices, not kidding.
-
Middle of the road, staff great have use of a Ymca pool not hotel pool for the money not the best
-
Breakfast was in a resturant instead a bufa

Room had some good touches and comforts and was clean. Location was great. So I was very happy the first day. But to my horror, we were placed in a room that faced the street and was quiet in the day… and nightclub loud from 2-4am! Front desk staff was rude when asked about this and just said they called police. But this happened both Friday and Saturday nights, though I only complained Saturday night at 3am when I couldn’t take it anymore. To the manager’s credit, she moved our room to a courtyard one that was nice and quiet for our last night and tried to compensate somewhat, but I wish I had a heads up about the street room being so loud at odd hours before checking in.
-
Proximity to downtown Difficult to get to Lobby - 2 elevators to front desk and 2 elevators to access ground level if you didn’t take stairs
-
friendly and accommodating. The location was great.
-

Location and staff were so knowledgeable, helpful and polite Nothing - all good
-
Nice bar area and the rooms we clean, modern an comfortable Way too expensive, we paid more than $600 per night. Felt like a real rip off for the level of hotel.
-
Location and service excellence If a 3 day old pizza box is sitting then throw it out, doesn't seem obvious to leave it out the room. Needs a bigger light for the room too.
-
Everything. The staff was very accommodating to us when we needed to extend our stay due to mom falling and having to go to the hospital. It took a huge stress off my shoulders. We atr grateful There was nothing I didn't like

The bartender was awesome, my family lived him. The front desk was rude, cut short, zero customer service
