The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and dinner at the bar was also excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful at the reception desk and the valet parking.

We had a very nice room in a very nice hotel which was close enough to everything and everywhere we wanted to go and see, The restaurant was well run, the food was delicious and the service was friendly and efficient. We are big fans of Hilton double tree and will use our experience to enjoy their other properties in our upcoming travels. Thanks for making our trip to Boston a terrific experience.

No coffee maker

Great location right next to a subway station. Rooms were cleans - apart from windows. Bed had a good quality mattress. Gym was better than the typical hotel gym - decent to get a quick workout in on the road. Some aspects of the hotel are visibly dated but atleast well maintained.

Excellent staff. Friendly and proffesional. The frint desk upon our arrival signed us up for the Hilton Rewards to get the free wifi but yhere was a frutrating glitch in the system and it would not allow me to create a password.

The location was perfect for what we needed it for Rooms were okay. There was some kind of cleaner or polish used on the furniture that smelled like paint thinner. Ended up with massive headache. Bathroom was kinda gross. Shower didn't drain, clogged. For the price I paid, I did expect better.

The hotel is dated, though the large rooms have been partially updated, but have a vintage vibe! The main issue was the musty smell in both the corridors and room, that I assume is from the aircon which would crash into action periodically. The bed was very comfortable with good quality linens. A drip-style coffee machine was provided, along with a large fridge and microwave which were very randomly dumped on the floor and made it look more like a motel. The very old shower head was located about 3 foot up from the bath, so made it impossible to shower without squatting! Staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. The gym looked to be miniscule, but you could request access to the adjoining YMCA gym. While we paid upfront for breakfast to be included, but this turned out to be up to $30 credit per person per day, but this was sufficient to cover a main dish and drink (quality was variable - one day took ages and both meals then came without the eggs, and when the eggs were finally brought, we'd finished eating the rest of the meal, while another day it was really greasy - while other days were fine)
