We stayed in a Premium Room with City view. Room and housekeeping staff were exceptional. Front desk staff were always willing to accomodate any requests. The flavored water available was a great benefit. Location was perfect for our visit and Red Sox games. So glad I booked this hotel after spending many hours researching the best options. Will be back next time in Boston. Really cannot think of anything.

We had quite a long stay at The Revere . Wonderful and helpful staff at front desk. Great convenient location. Well decorated rooms with comfy beds. Loved the rooftop space. The water pressure in the shower is really poor. The room cleaners kept forgetting to replenish the water and coffee supplies, which was inconvenient. Also plumbing etc from floor above can be heard quite clearly to the room.

The location They charged me twice - they charged the card but did not release the amount on hold - so now I have paid the hotel and have the money hold. Even when I called, they did not sent any email or information that I can provide to my bank so they cab release the money on hold. Extremely unprofessional, unfriendly and not helpful. Almost at the a theft level

Location is the best. Beds were comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bathtub was a pleasant surprise. Bedding smelled funny. Shower head needs replacing. Coffee was pretty weak.
