.y room was clean and very comfortable. I especially loved the amenities provided in the bathroom, ample body lotion, toothbrushes, makeup remover etc. Excellent concierge service.

I booked a king size room and since they were overbooked got downgraded to the Wicked small room. Yes, they did move us but. Then the next day the maids left our door open all day. Room was not clean there was a used spoon under the chair. I would not stay here again, staff were friendly and gave water and cookies, but overbooking rooms is unacceptable.

Our room wasn’t very cleanly and very outdated + small. Room was not advertised well.

We were extremely disappointed in the room. It was very small. No fridge, just a "cooler" that did nothing. The mattress was uncomfortable, but the pillows were fine. Tiny closet with a curtain, no door. No window curtain, just shades. The bathroom was tiny. The sink was tiny. No counter, just a narrow shelf on the wall behind the industrial toilet and tiny sink. No place to put much of anything. The public areas were very nice and the staff was friendly, but the room was dreadful. Just a place to try to sleep and recharge devices. It was 12th floor, two queen beds.

Located in a great part of downtown Boston, it’s incredibly clean and the rooms are nice. I really like the common areas, and the gym was great for a full body workout.
-
I was quite disappointed in our room. Having booked a "superior" double queen, I expected at least some room to move and a bathroom of a good size. The choice was between a standard, deluxe, and superior and the room we were put in was less than standard, for sure. Given the many choices in the Boston area, I will be going elsewhere for my next visit. That being said, all other aspects of the stay were fine.

Clean room
-
Our room in particular had hair all in the bathroom still upon arrival, a toe nail clipping on the rug and the bed wasn’t all that great. We weren’t even checked out yet and our room was cleaned except some of my lotion got on the side table, and that was still there all over the hotel card. So seems like they do quick flips but for the price you pay it should be properly cleaned.

Good location

Everything great except room.bathroom was too small. cant use sink/shelf for anything. Shelf was over sink so far couldn’t wash face/ brush teeth. Sink bowl was also so small.
-
Well situated, but room has a strange layout. No smart tv :(
-
We didn’t really use anything but the room, but it was clean, friendly staff, and located in a good location.

High-class hotel with excellent service
-
Almost everything was great - cleanliness, staff, breakfast buffet. Our room was incredibly small especially the bathroom :(
-
Room clean and very confortable beds and pillows. Great location! Walking distance to newberry street, city park and start of the freedom trail.
-
We booked for a family of 3 and reserved a room with a sofa bed, that our daughter slept on. The room and amenities were good, so was the housekeeping. However, the bathroom was extremely tiny, not enough room for 1 adult to shower/get ready. No counter space, no electric outlet for the hair dryer. We were not happy how they put 3 people in a room with such a small bathroom! I am very disappointed

This hotel is all about location.

It was to crowded. We had to form long lines to enter the elevator. It was freezing in the lobby, we couldnt eat in the dinning area. Room was freezing too eventhough we turned up the air conditioner. Staff was friendly, they gave us water bottles when we arrived.

Beautiful Hotel! Great Location! Dining room staff was so kind while using our dining credit with coffee's to go! Loved the sitting areas and parking in back of the hotel was easy and not too pricey. Being close to the gardens, Newbury street and Fenway was amazing! Would stay here again!
