Reviews
-
Attended a book event here and loved the hotel. The rooms are on the smaller side and there are zero frills with the rooms. The rest of the hotel is gorgeous and very comfortable.
-
The only negative was the bath tub has visible scratches and the caulk around the tub was messy. Besides that, we recommend the hotel.
-
Second time staying at the Boston Park Plaza hotel and it did not disappoint. Great location close to all the major tourist spots, hotel has everything you need.

No mini fridge, no microwave, bathtub was peeling.
-
The rooms are a tad small, cupboard space especially. The bathrooms equally are of an "economical" size.

Beautiful hotel located in great location near all sites. Only complaint is that the air conditioning unit was quite noisy. This would not prevent us from staying here again,

Location Price

We booked a Small Wicked Room, but the front desk gave us an upgrade when they discovered it was our 30th anniversary. We totally appreciated their kindness, but the room was still very small, especially the toilet/shower room, and very poor sound insulation meant that even the slightest conversations could be overheard from adjoining rooms.
-
Conveniently located to all the sights. Easy for walking and close to a “T” stop. The room was very small. It was advertised that way so we knew that going in, but it did work for us.

My bedroom was in a good size room. However, I could hear the traffic outside which I am not used to at home. The only downside to my bedroom.

Very clean room and the staff was great.

Staff was great . Everything was clean. We loved our stay

We did not have running water our first night due to a water break. Upon returning for the night, a bowel movement had to stay in the toilet all night. I would think the hotel would have compensated somehow.

Superb

We stayed in the Wicked small room with a queen size bed. They’re not lying when they say it’s WICKED SMALL. The bathroom especially. Shower pressure is as really bad, but took advantage of the gym showers. The toilet is super low. Other than that, cannot complain. Plus the location was perfect and close to everything

This hotel is all about location—very convenient to all Boston activities. The rooms were small and tired.
