Lo malo, las maniobras intentadas por la persona que nos atendió a la hora del check in para tratar de cambiar el tipo de habitación que habíamos reservado y que nos obligó a contactar a Expedia para que respetara la reservación. Esa persona nos mintió abiertamente e hizo que nuestro check in durara cerca de 2 horas.

Nice hotel in excellent location. Access to a great gym 5 min walk away and freindly professional staff. Couldn't fault it for a stay in Boston close to all the action

The best features of the hotel are the location, staff, and minimalist styling. The somewhat annoying feature is that the bars' patios are located alongside the main entrance and seem to be very busy every day after work hours. On the days we were there it was pretty loud and boisterous every time we entered and exited the hotel in the early evenings. The truly bad features were the very very loud AC unit that would kick in every twenty minutes or so and the lumpy, too soft mattresses.

Wonderful location convenient to purple commuter rail + orange T (metro) line. Walking distance to good shopping and food. Also relatively easy ride to and from the airport. Spacious clean rooms and helpful staff. I am very likely to make it where I stay from here on out in Boston.

One note to travelers- if you use the expensive ($68) valet parking then you need to call for your car far in advance. Last night it took 45 minutes from texting, this morning it took a half hour to get the car. The guys who work the valet are very nice and try hard, but the valet garage is far away. This $68 was not well spent - it caused annoyance and made us late for dinner.

Location. The service! Terrible service and check-in. Overall never felt I this is a 5 star hotel. Service like a low star hotel. Watch out for overcharging!

Very friendly staff. Clean and great location. Ran out of English Breakfast teabags! Kept having to ask for a third cup as three of us.
