Convenient, friendly, great choice. Minor issue: arranged to have my room cleaned anytime before 1:30 -guess the note at the desk didn’t get to the cleaner. No prob-I had enough towels

I needed a place to stay before taking an early flight back to the west coast. The location of this hotel is perfect if you’d like a comfortable bed, clean, cute room and ability to walk in charming South End. The price was so affordable I almost couldn’t believe it for the location. I will admit the bathroom was tiny, European style. Upgrade to a larger room if there’s two of you. Two thumbs up on this property.

The staff is very helpful. And welcoming. Location is. Good. Overall a very nice experience. The sidewalks. In the area. Are interesting. They are red brick very old fashioned. But not very comfortable to walk on.

The entrance, front desk area, was unclean, messy, and very odd. The first impression was like walking into a 1 or 2 star old motel. The elevators and walls of the hallways were dirty with a lot of wear. The staff were not cordial!

Location was great and check in was easy It’s cute in decor but slightly run down 1 just slightly. It is an older building that has been painted to look clean.

The reception staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious, featuring a large and very comfortable bed. Highly recommended!

Overall pretty good value. Staff make up for hotel being just ok.

My absolute favourite aspect of this hotel was the European style bedding. Separate blankets is an absolute game changer, especially when sharing with a sibling. Staff was kind, no complaints on location, cleanliness was appropriate. Would stay again. Thanks!

I loved my stay at Staypineapple and will definitely be my go to when going to Boston. Loved the location, the room, the bed, bedding and the staff. It was all walkable to breakfast, events, shopping, and parking. A+++++
