We paid extra to have a late check out so we could shower before going on to our transatlantic flight ,at 9:00am we noticed the lack of hot water we were told it would be back on in a few minutes suffice to say when we left at 4:00pm it hadn’t come back. Everyone we spoke to seemed surprised the water was off!

Absolutely terrible check-in experience. I would never stay there again or in any Ritz Carlton for that matter. At that price point, they should be ashamed.

We did the club level and the food was terrible.one person Savanna really stood out.She was very positive and helpful We did club level as we have done that in New Orleans and San Francisco.well this ritz club level breakfast was like a quality inn.It was not worth the upgrade.The only good thing was oatmeal cookies

Restaurant Elysian next to hotel needs more food choices also being closed bar in hotel on Sunday and Monday was a downer😎🍷🍷however everything else was great thx
