Everything was great but the food wasn't as good as I thought it would be. The breakfast buffet was 35 pp Too much.

No microwave in the room. Something in the policy about not wanting the smell to linger. Did have a keurig in the room with pods for both tea and coffee was nice. The concierge was fabulous. Maps, verbal and written directions given to make sure we knew where we were going. A safe in the room was nice. The biggest drawback was the property’s size. Where you come in is actually the lower level, check in is on the lobby floor. Then to get up to the rooms you take a completely different elevator. No free breakfast. Lots of coffee shops nearby. The location is excellent. Can walk to the Boston Common and the downtown area very easily.

Loved it. Came to Boston to celebrate a birthday and anniversary and it was in the best location! Was able to walk to a lot of places or take a quick uber to other parts of the city. Buffet was delicious and staff was friendly. Thank you Chris at FD!

Parking valet and front desk staffs are friendly and helpful!

All was good except when you request extra items to be sent to your room they are very very slow to come. Need to request twice

The room itself was nice but tired. Several maintenance issues - a bashed door moulding in the bathroom, missing veneer in the closet shelves, and a badly water-stained ceiling light shade. Nothing really bad but if they are adding a "Destination" fee, they should fix the destination.

Nice hotel

The hotel in theory was good, but the service was subpar which made the entire stay not worth what they charge. The only super friendly staff was in the lower level by the parking entrance - the others had zero warmth in their interactions. Parking offers self service, which is a bonus in Boston. It's fine for a short stay but I thought it would be a better experience. We asked for a crib twice prior to the stay and checked in to... no crib in the room. So we had to wait yet again on the long check in line for help. The resort fee includes "elevated experiences," none of which we received so why is the fee tacked on to an already expensive stay?

Great stay

We arrived near midnight & awoke early for a tour with Emerson College so we couldn’t take advantage of any amenities other than filling our water bottles in the lobby before departing but they were kind, I felt safe and it was clean and super convenient to where we were headed. The parking garage beneath the hotel was also a huge convenience.
