Overall this hotel was good. Spacious room, clean, relatively close to activities in town. They never wanted to provide enough towels. We had 4 people in the room and constantly were only provided 3 towels. Other than that it was good.

Hyatt is always be on my first choice if I need some quality sleeps. Great location if you need capture public transportation. There’s even a short cut to walk to Macy.

The hotel is clean, staff are friendly and helpful and the location is central and perfect for accessing multiple attractions. Close to the freedom trail, Boston Common, Faneuil Hall, many historic landmarks, the aquarium and waterfront, the Hyatt offered everything we needed as a family of 3 over 4th of July weekend.

The location is very convenient, close to everything. There is a parking garage right next and makes parking easy.
