Hotel AKA Boston Common

The hotel is very clean, new, and nicely upgraded, with a good restaurant on-site. Overall, the property feels modern and well maintained. However, the beds are quite firm, and the pillows were extremely uncomfortable. I asked the front desk if they had better pillows available, but unfortunately they did not. A nicer pillow option would make the stay much more comfortable.

The only odd thing was the hole in the bathroom glass wall, the water spilled out onto the floor. Otherwise the room was really nice and a good size. We were very comfortable. The staff was great, they helped us get our room earlier (we had a red eye that was rough, and were exhausted). It gave us some time to rest before the evening events. :) The breakfast was alright, a little pricey, but we expected to spend a lot on this trip so it is what it is. Overall, it was a great stay.

Our room had issues with the air conditioner during our stay. It was consistently around 80 degrees. The only accommodation was to give us a fan to help.

The room AC was inefficient and struggled to get it below 75’.

The hotel is in a good location, is clean and staff is professional. The beds weren’t that comfortable, no hooks at all anywhere in the bathroom to hang a towel or toiletries bag. There is only 2 drawers to put away clothes. The lighting in the room was not good either. A small lamp one side table and 1 standing lamp. Coffee maker was good but very loud. We’re a family of 4 so all of this made it not as comfortable. It might be fine for 2 people.

Spacious, clean room. Lovely staff. Excellent location.

The lobby welcomes you with such a beautiful fragrance. The staff was so friendly! The bedrooms were beautiful. The beds were comfortable! We would stay here again if we come back to Boston!

The restaurant was also something extra with fantastic food. We will absolutely come back!

Location Bar not always open, building work next door disturbed sleep daily, from 5am. Very noisy.

Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Room was spacious as was the bathroom. Clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Even with construction in the area, it was still convenient to valet without incident.

The room itself was very good if a little worn. Our biggest issue is that hot water in the shower was either not available or fluctuating.
