Club Quarters Hotel Faneuil Hall, Boston

We loved our stay at Club Quarters. Carla was so friendly and helpful with all our needs.

The front desk staff were just the absolute best. Can't really fault anything, only thing was no safe in the room.

We stayed 5 days in September 2026. We had a wonderful stay. The staff was always cheerful and accomodating. The building and rooms are old but kept in good repair. The location made for excellent exploring of all downdown Boston. There are several restaurants nearby. The Elephant & Castle attache to lobby had good food, though since it's an upscale pub it occaionally got loud during soccer games. On a side note, Elephant & Castle has the best bread pudding we've ever had!!

Great front desk staff!! Karla and Annalisa (?, from Italy) were helpful, personable and fun to chat with. The location was perfect. Close to Freedom Trail, North End, the harbor, short walk to Beacon Hill, and easy T-ride to Back Bay! Coffee bar was great! Room was super clean The elevators were so slow and property is dated

Staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant on site served good food but service very slow! Coffee always on and free! Room was terribly small and cost was extremely expensive!

Hotel is in a great spot for walking. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Pub next door had good drinks and food. Water on each floor. Coffee, tea, variety of water available in lobby at all times. Room was good, bedding was clean and comfortable. Would be a 5 star place except for the bathroom. Miniature toilet, I am 5-5, toilet seat height is below my knees. Shower is a triangular wedge, VERY small. Hit your elbows on the sides while washing any body part. Has a shower curtain instead of a door, which billows in and sticks to you. Disappointing.

Property was walking distance to my itinerary. Richard was very helpful when we arrived.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this property. It’s conveniently located in the city, very quiet, and very comfortable. The staff is very knowledgeable and professional. I’m really looking forward to staying here again!! Thank you so much!!

Group of 4 girls visiting Boston from LA. We got two separate rooms. We really liked the hotel and location. We loved the free water bottle station; it was so convenient and didn’t have to worry about buying water. The front desk was really nice and helpful. Would stay there again.

Wi-Fi was very poor WiFi

Our room was very spacious, quiet, the bathroom was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Overall we had a very pleasant stay in Club Quarters Faneuil Hall. Wifi was excellent. Staff was excellent as well. Really small things that may be improved but should not hold other visitors off: pre-registration and arrival were slightly confusing as we were warned, via the Booking messaging system, for being contacted through Whatsapp for the risk of scams, but then were contacted also via Whatsapp by this hotel. And we were promised to be able to skip the lines when registering for a contacless key via Apple Wallet, only to find out that we still had to wait (in the end quite short) on a member of staff to support us. This didn't seem necessary. The room was a bit older. Choice in included breakfast was limited, you had to choose from a menu in the neighboring restaurant. Quality and service were fine though.
