Club Quarters Hotel Faneuil Hall, Boston

The hotel's location is perfectly centered between all of the best Boston attractions. Everything was within a 15 minute walk. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had an incident our first night with our room's AC causing a lot of noise. The front desk was able to switch our room quickly. The showers could be a little bigger but they had awesome water pressure; which is usually very hard to find. We would definitely stay here again.

I’m surprised by the reviews. The building is old and not well maintained (a bit dingy). Though clean enough with very small bathroom at least the room assigned to us. I do not for the life of me recommend.

Standard room, great location

Friendly and efficient front desk team. The location is walking distance to many restaurants and downtown area. We also appreciated the filtered water station near the rooms, especially after coming from a hotel that gave out 2 bottles of water per day and made it difficult to actually get them.

Nice to have the pub attached to the hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful!!! Location excellent!

The staff was unbelievably friendly & helpful. The location was great and hated we learned about the train system right before we left. The rooms were very tight and didn’t have a refrigerator but other than that, great stay!!!!!!!

The lobby of the hotel looks nice but the rooms are terrible. My room looked like it was from 1995. The bathroom was equivalent to a public bathroom at a run down gym. I would not recommend staying here. Specially for the price.

Staff was very helpful. Pull out couch is dated and due for an upgrade. They had a refillable filtered water station that was fantastic. Smart idea! Kitchenette had zero supplies. A dish towel and a few basic items would have been appreciated.

This is my favorite place to stay in Boston good price clean rooms staff is beyond nice and helpful great area on the first floor that has coffee and teas with. Comfortable sitting area. Great place with great prices
