Had a great stay for 3 day work trip. Would highly reccommend. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room immaculate. Will be back.

Great location! Beautiful hotel!
-
I LOVED EVERYTHING about this hotel. The staff was amazing. Great location and great amenities
-
Woefully under-staffed which sadly made the whole stay disappointing. Staff were kind and helpful but could not service the guests adequately. Hugely apologetic valet/bellman who wasn’t there when we arrived as he needed a comfort break and no one to cover him. Housekeeping had no rooms ready until 5pm despite a 3pm check in. Housekeeping had to be called 3 times to bring pillows. Breakfast had a full dining room with only 3 very hard working staff trying to cover. In addition the rooms were small and not well designed. Such a shame as we like the Langham in London and New York but compared to the Ritz Carlton, Mandarin Oriental or Four Seasons it’s competing with the whole experience was disappointing at best. The staff were exceptionally kind and courteous despite all the challenges they were working in

We had a wonderful stay. The rooms were clean and luxurious. So many amenities, We highly recommend the restaurant Grana. We were a 10 minute walk from Faneuil Hall. We will be back!

Manager was uncompromising on cancelation for not being able to arrive day expected.
-
Great hotel in Boston. central to everything.
-
The rooms were clean with wonderful bathroom amenities. The bar was well stocked and had a nice selection for good on the menu. The hotel was well situated for our activities and destinations
-
- Clean room with modern bathroom. Quite small for a family of 5 but was sufficient for our purpose - Very comfy beds - Very nice breakfast restaurant and food, including good options for kids - Pretty good gym for a hotel, including modern equipment - Pool surprisingly good compared to other hotels, kids loved it - Very helpful concierge - Good location - close enough for good access to everywhere, but not in prime location where price would be a lot higher
-
Everything was great. Definitely will recommend
-
Simply excellent in all aspects.
-
Wonderful service and spacious family room. No complaints!
-
No restaurant on site for evening meals
-
Expensive 2 star hotel. Stayed here twice and 2 star is the highest I could rate it. Not value for money. Trying to be something it is not and hiking the prices up for the World Cup is shameful. Tired dated and an average hotel
-
This is an ok hotel. Its price range means you would expect better than what it actually is. At best it is mediocre. The hotel is clean but lacks anything special. Staff were helpful, but you always get the impression they are looking for their tip before they actually provide a service. No star quality here as they do not cover the basics well enough to provide a better score. From using cheap toilet roll to faulty lockers in the pool area. Overpriced mediocrity.
