Loved it. Perfect location Staff the very best

Outstanding service from every member of staff we encountered. For example, we had left some laundry to be done then our travel plans were upended by the Nor’easter that hit Boston and had to leave at 4 am the next morning. When my wife called the front desk, they arranged to get the laundry back to our room, that night. She had asked that they just return it as is given the last minute change in schedule. When we got to back to our room, the clean laundry was waiting for us. Not much - maybe include some decaf Nespresso pods in the room

The staff were incredibly welcoming. Front Desk and Concierge (special attn to David W.) went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience throughout our entire stay. Housekeeping and the Bellman were equally attentive. The rooms were well appointed, The linens were lovely and the pillow menu added an extra touch. We used the gym and took advantage of the pool during our stay. If you are laying over from EU as we did and awake early, great way to start your day. We would definitely recommend The Langham to friends and family.

Exceptional. Immediately, the quality speaks for itself; the rooms were absolutely stunning with soft ambient lighting. Whenever I had a question or query, the Langham Boston staff were incredibly responsive and helpful. It was quite busy during the time I stayed, so I was little worried about possible noise but the Langham made sure I had no issues.They made me feel so at ease that I was really sad to finally checkout. I will be signing myself up for the Langham loyalty program due to the quality of the service. Thank you and special shout out to Jasmine and Selim!

Now, let's talk about the food, because I'm a Foodie. The restaurant, The Fed was phenomenal from the chefs to the waitstaff!! The woman that took our room service order to the waitstaff that delivered the food and set it up for us, it was outstanding service and the presentation did not disappoint!! OMG my husband and I thought the food was out of this world delicious!!!! Hats off to the entire restaurant staff!! Overall, we enjoyed the stay so much that we decided it was by far going to be our hotel of choice going forward!! Nothing WE LOVED EVERYTHING!

Of all the hotels I've been to, many of them being 5 star or 4 star, The Langham is my favorite! When we arrived, we were greeted by a very warm and welcoming valet staff. Then we went to the front desk to check in and the 2 gentleman that were working at 3pm on Sat Sept 12, were very friendly. When we got to our room, I was blown away by how clean it was. I'm talking white glove clean! Most times, even in 5 star hotels, some of the unused furniture or curtains can be dusty. I ran my finger in EVERY nook and cranny I could think of that might go unnoticed as far as cleaning goes, I found absolutely NO DUST!! I was quite pleased and impressed. I am a stickler for cleanliness. The room was big, we had a family size king room. Now, let's talk about the food, because I'm a Foodie. Beautiful hotel in a great location. The staff were lovely. My stepson loved the paddington bear bowl of cookies and sprinkles. Nice touch.

We had a wonderful experience at the Langham. The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed dinner and drinks at the Fed. The staff was helpful and friendly. We would highly recommend it and will definitely stay there again.
