The Langham, Boston

The rooms were clean, staff were polite and friendly, and location was perfect for our trip. More kid friendly that I was expecting with our 2 year old.

This was my favorite place to stay! Staff are attentive, kind, accommodating and professional. I am appreciative of all of those I interacted with. The hotel is in a great spot, right near a parking garage, walking distance to downtown and only 6 minutes from the airport. Worth every penny.

The Langham Boston is a beautiful hotel, very well located, with an elegant atmosphere and excellent surroundings. Unfortunately, the soundproofing of the rooms is a major issue. I could hear every conversation and movement in the hallway so clearly that it genuinely felt as though people were inside my room. For a hotel of this category and price level, this is simply not acceptable. A lovely property overall, but the lack of proper sound insulation seriously affected the comfort of the stay. Quite frankly, it was a disaster.

We had such a good stay at the Langham in Boston. The staff were so friendly, the rooms are very clean, and the bar is great. Amazing vibes, we will be back!

Beautiful hotel

My two daughters and I stayed for 3 nights while visiting Boston. We enjoyed our stay. The room was extremely clean. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. The bed was super comfy. When we come back we definitely will be staying at the Langham again and wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else.

Underwhelming. Place was clean and well maintained. But not worth additional cost above other business class hotels. Gym looks glamorous in pics and was awful. Pool small and dirty.

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous and the rooms are very clean, spacious and beautifully appointed. The staff was so friendly and helpful and the concierge service was incredible! Every meal from room service was delicious and the front desk had cupcakes and champagne sent to our room, when they found out it was my birthday. The location is exceptional and within walking distance to so many interesting places and things to do! We will definitely be returning! Nothing.

We stayed in the Langham Boston for 9 glorious nights in June during the World Cup... Every aspect of our stay was fabulous. We absolutely must mention the exceptional staff in the Club Lounge... Michael the manager and the whole team without exception made us feel so welcomed, cared for, and more than that .... Each and every one made us feel comfortable and at home in their wonderful lounge!... The effort to ensure I had sufficient gluten free options was truly above and beyond... The food throughout our stay was delicious!! The housekeeping staff maintained our room every day to such a high standard... These ladies completed their routine always with a smile on their faces. The hotel is ideally situated in a beautiful area of wonderful Boston...a short walk in various directions takes you to all the major areas. Boston really is an easy city to navigate and I must say that we always felt safe on our travels around town and out to surrounding lovely towns via rail and ferry. {Lounge staff were also great travel agents for the city and surrounding area advising where to visit and how to get there}.. The rooms, facilities, restaurant, bar, pool area etc are all top notch... There are no negatives associated with The Langham. Above all our special thanks must go to the staff in the Club Lounge .. So to you Michael and your wonderful team, Gordon and I cannot thank you all enough! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!
