Great venue for me and my son whilst attending the FIFA World Cup in Boston. Some excellent pubs nearby, making the hotel location ideal. Good rooms, with air conditioning, very pleasant and friendly staff. Easy walking to a number of good places of interest including the harbour. We would definitely stay again on a future trip.

Loved the place! Friendly and fun staff. Great provisions of ice water with lemon, housekeeping service. Would stay there again! 😁

Location is spectacular, staff are nice, but the property needs upgrades, specially the comfort of the beds that was definitely a problem.

Our stay here was delightful. The staff was extremely helpful, especially with suggestions on what to do and where to eat.

My friend and I shared a room for 2 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The a/c worked so good in the room which was great since it was insanely hot and humid in Boston. The location was perfect to get around the downtown- we walked a lot!

Great location. Rooms aren’t huge or at least ours wasn’t. Just 2 of us. Clean & easy to get to everything. Long Wharf steps away.

Great spot! The location is in the heart of the city so everything is pretty walkable. The rooms were good. Air conditioning was great especially during this heatwave. Overall great spot and would definitely come back!

Perfect location for our Boston trip

Great room for needing a place to stay while you explore Boston!

We stayed at the Harborside Inn the weekend of Fourth of July! It was the perfect spot for all the attractions and all of the events that were planned. The staff was amazing! They went above and beyond by upgrading our room to offering us umbrellas and even calling a restaurant to see if they were still open for us. My one and only drawback is the parking! I understand Boston has a parking problem. With that being said they should not charge for parking. We paid $40 a night to park our car that was two blocks away and we had to carry our items two blocks after we checked out. If we wanted anything from the car, we had to walk back-and-forth. Now mind you two blocks is not far and the car is very secure in the parking garage. But if you’re already paying money for a hotel room, you should not have to pay to walk two blocks to your car. Other than that, the place is great. The bathroom can use a little fixing. But other than that highly recommend you staying there. It is in the center of everything. We will definitely be back.

Was a great hotel, perfect location!

Did not like there was no outside window in our room or no housekeeping unless asked for. There was duct tape holding the lobby furniture together. But the good far out weighed the bad. I would stay here again.
