The restaurant Rose needs to stop using tap water for it drip coffee. I know they have a filter for the lattes and such but not the drip coffee. The waitress told me that when I asked her. That was the only bad thing from stay.

The room was clean (built in 2022). The location is perfect for major attraction (just a few steps away from Quincy Market, North End, Old State House, etc. The parking at Dock Square Garage was easy and convenient (cheaper than other downtown hotels).

I am really impressed with Hilton Canopy in Boston; I’ve stayed at other hotels with the same “aesthetic” that cost twice as much but yet wasn’t as clean and comfortable. Also, the location is centrally located and the parking garage next door is super convenient. I appreciated the professionalism and friendliness of the staff without the pretense. Highly recommended and will stay here again on my next trip to Boston.

Property, staff and location were outstanding! The only knock, the restaurant (breakfast) was disorganized and staff didn’t seem to know how to manage. I don’t ding the staff, that one is on management!

The property was clean, the rooms were nicely appointed and spacious, and the staff was excellent. The hotel was centrally located with easy access to public transportation, local restaurants, and sites.

What a perfect location from which to explore Boston. The hotel was great and the restaurant was quite good as well. Overall very happy we stayed there.
