This hotel is excellent in every way. The location is perfect for walkable access to shopping, restaurants, etc. We enjoyed our stay and have now stayed a second time. 100% recommended!

Room very beautiful and clean. Housekeeping staff was helpful but I wish the from desk would have been more forthcoming with the area festivities for the 4th of July holiday.

Hotel and surrounding area clean. Staff very pleasant, kind and attentive. Room ...perfect!! We had a corner room and couldn't ask for more. Clean just as described. Enough room to move around and did i say clean.. We have stayed so many places where we wondered when the last time they cleaned. Great location too

Great stay

When I brought the issue to the front desk, there was no compensation or effort to make things right, which was very disappointing. As a member, I chose this hotel over several other options because I expected a better experience and better customer service. For the price we paid, I believe some form of compensation for the inconvenience would have been appropriate. To make matters worse, our room was on the fifth floor next to the ice machine, which was noisy throughout our stay. Overall, this experience did not meet the standards I expected.

The in-room coffee was outstanding. The staff were super helpful and friendly. We had a place to store our bikes. Parking was easy. Next door. Location was great for walking. The restaurant was fine.

We liked the spacious room and bathroom. Very comfortable with coffee/tea provided in the room. Also you could fill up a water bottle from the lobby outside your room. Location was excellent for all the attractions. Hotel not too big and breakfast / dinner was good. We liked how the restaurant could open the windows back fully on warm days. Valet parking was great. Staff very friendly. Nothing.

Perfect location, clean and friendly staff.

We really enjoyed this hotel. We travel a lot, and the quality and price point were well worth it. LoKation was amazing. The staff couldn’t have been nicer. The rooms were super clean and well designed so that you could unpack or not, and have easy access to your luggage. The bathrooms were spacious and clean. We enjoyed our two nights there the bar staff was nice as well at the end of the day. It was nice to have a place to drink.

We came back to our room at about midnight and discovered the sockets were not working so we couldn't charge our phones etc. One quick call to reception and they were fixed within about 2 or 3 minutes.

A clean, well appointed hotel in a good location. Helpful staff. We didn't take advantage of the bikes or gym. We were a little concerned about street noise, but the windows blocked most of it.
