The location No space to leave items in the toilet. The soap dispensers are super dirty.

I liked the concept and I’m sure it will improve but it is still not ready for prime time. My pod had no functioning lights despite promising me that it would be repaired. I ended up leaving on night early.

Probably the best location if you want to explore downtown Boston. Great value. Everyone that worked there was friendly and helpful. Everything was clean. In pod fan and light control as well as bed level. Despite being downtown I felt safe in the neighborhood. The only issue that I had, and it was a small one, was when I arrived there were things like a bathroom out of order and one where the lights didn't work, little things, but those all did get resolved eventually.

Overall clean features, would stay again.

Very clean and next to TD Gardens. Free 24/tea and coffee facilities. Tool usd 150 as a breakage deposit amd upon check out the guy dis not want to ask gouse keeping to check so that he could refund the deposit. He insisted that house keeping will revert as and when and made me wait for a while before refunding the deposit. Otherwise overall a comfortable stay

Reasonable price in Boston and clean rooms

elevator to 6th floor not working I just had heart surgery told to avoid stairs for 6 weeks. manager offered refund at 9pm no place to go elevator still not working at checkout next day.

Otherwise the room was clean and the bathrooms were not that bad. I only stayed one night.

No towels in room. Not clean. Staff good. After 1 night of 3, I checked out early. Direction for parking in area from staff would be helpful

It was in a good location. Super close to the train station & the lobby was really bright and modern! The rooms were pretty small & so were the bathrooms but it was clean.

This place is great

The good: clean sheets, hot showers and a central location that's walkable to many places. For the high price, however, not a great value to share a bunk or stall with 16 others crammed into a room. One bathroom door completely broken (stuck open) and another bathroom lock broken. The place in general wasn't too clean. Thinnest lumpy pillow and overflowing trash bins. Insanely loud door that slams every time one of those many dormmates enters or leaves. On their Instagram and the booking site they advertised complimentary coffee and pastries in the morning. No pastries at all and no coffee made yet at 8:15 a.m. They were very strict on no check-in before 4 pm even though their own site said check in at 3 p.m. (already not a guest-friendly time). They fully charge a $150 mandatory deposit that in theory gets refunded but I haven't see the refund yet. Most other places merely do a hold or keep your card on file. They appear to keep staffing costs to a minimum and the staff they do have seem quite unhelpful and indifferent. Overall, this place feels like a cash grab and I wouldn't choose to stay here again.
