Clean ergonomic room and courteous, efficient and thoughtful staff.

Hotel was nice and located in a great area. Easy walk to Italian area. Beds and bedding were comfortable. Only complaint was only valet parking was available and cost $68/day which was never noted on the website when booking the hotel.

I stayed here for one night and it was ok. My room was clean and the bedding also looked clean. The pillows were very flat and useless. The hotel is located in the North End orange line train station. There are a lot homeless people around that area and the hotel appears to have bars/shield on the windows. I did not hear any noise from the outside while in the room. The check in staff was pleasant to deal with. I would stay here again.

I am a former Executive Housekeeper and I inspected the room completely for the first time ever not finding a thing out of place or missed. Amazing location being right across from the show at Big Night Live and TD Garden. We were also able to easily walk to Quincy Market for amazing food and the Northend for the best mint chip cereal from Northend creamery. The staff made us feel right at home. I will definitely be staying again for any shows or games at the garden or even just a visit to town. Nothing
