Hotel Indigo Boston Garden by IHG

Super close to Boston Garden. Great food onsite and staff were super helpful. Getting our car back from valet was about 30 minutes so plan ahead if you have to leave right away

Great hotel! Room was spacious, clean and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. The on site restaurant was good and the location next to TD Garden/North Station was perfect. Highly recommend

Quick easy checkin. Room was really great, loved having kitchenette & still lots of space. Easy walk to td garden, restaurants, shopping, etc. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean room with daily room service. Very accessible to everything within walking distance on our trip. We would definitely stay again.

King bed was up against the wall on the side. Bathroom is tiny. Only windows were two small ones up near the ceiling. Lighting was terrible as well. Air conditioner was nasty. Room next door was playing loud music and having a party after midnight. We called the front desk and the person returned our call saying they didn’t hear anything. Obviously the person never investigated the issue.

We enjoyed the close walkable location to everything. Our room was nice, clean and comfortable. We had issues with the constant surrounding noise outside the hotel which was no fault of the property management. We had an even mixture of friendly staff who acknowledged us and unfriendly staff. Overall, we had a nice stay.

Lovely, clean hotel with helpful staff

I had a lovely stay at the indigo hotel. Everything was great. I would highly recommend it and would gladly go back again. In particular,I would like to mention an Employee, Edison, who was extremely kind and helpful.

The property was very clean and the staff was super. The restaurant has excellent food.

Best part of the hotel is its location on the North End within walking distance of the TD Center. Facility itself is cramped, outdated and in need of a refit. The room was very pricey and extremely small with tiny upper windows looking at an air shaft. The staff were wonderful and took care of any needs we had. Valet parking is on the high side as well as the hotel has no lot of its own.

The staff was very helpful in storing our luggage when we arrived early. They also had great suggestions for things for us to do nearby.

The staff is very nice, they helped me to add one extra night in the last minute which I appreciated a lot. Comfy and cozy room. I also asked for an extra blanket in the middle of the night which they brought quickly <3

A/C was broken, staff never helped. Felt like staff were doing things just trying to get tips and being overbearing with "customer service". Their kitchen/bar attachment people were awful to me. They messed up breakfast and couldn't get the right style of eggs after I poleitly pointed out that they were VERY underdone (I like over easy, but asked for over medium and they looked half RAW) I asked to just get an over med. Waitress told me that it was, then took it back to the cook, she comes out and says that the cook said that they were over medium (even though it looked half raw on the plate) and then she starts talking to the other waitress on how she cooks eggs all the time and I was wrong and the cook was right. the waitress comes out with my plate and they gave me scrambled eggs instead of over medium just to make a point and then told me again that it was over medium so they decided to just give me scrambled eggs. TERRIBLE staff, Terrible Room, you can hear every honk and car that passes by. I wouldn't stay there again.
