Hotel Indigo Boston Garden by IHG

The staff is very nice, they helped me to add one extra night in the last minute which I appreciated a lot. Comfy and cozy room. I also asked for an extra blanket in the middle of the night which they brought quickly <3

Clean rooms, slightly small though. Good breakfast.

A/C was broken, staff never helped. Felt like staff were doing things just trying to get tips and being overbearing with "customer service". Their kitchen/bar attachment people were awful to me. They messed up breakfast and couldn't get the right style of eggs after I poleitly pointed out that they were VERY underdone (I like over easy, but asked for over medium and they looked half RAW) I asked to just get an over med. Waitress told me that it was, then took it back to the cook, she comes out and says that the cook said that they were over medium (even though it looked half raw on the plate) and then she starts talking to the other waitress on how she cooks eggs all the time and I was wrong and the cook was right. the waitress comes out with my plate and they gave me scrambled eggs instead of over medium just to make a point and then told me again that it was over medium so they decided to just give me scrambled eggs. TERRIBLE staff, Terrible Room, you can hear every honk and car that passes by. I wouldn't stay there again.

Great location with a decent bar and very good breakfast. Staff were very helpful and friendly - shout out for Edison on reception Room was a bit noisy but could have been due to WC26

Valet parking was expensive (66$/day) but worked really well. We booked a two double bed suite and it was very small, air conditioning fan loud and needed to be turned off to be able to sleep. Our room faced an alley way right above a bar open into the night (World Cup, could have affected this) that was loud and disturbed sleep. We booked the room for 4 adults and a teenager WITH breakfast included. However the breakfast restaurant is not part of the hotel and we were supposed to get “breakfast vouchers” BUT ONLY for the first TWO persons in each booking according to hotel staff. This is deceptive, either on behalf of the hotel or booking.com, as nowhere is this stipulated. So, will not be staying there at all.

Great location and staff! Non smoking room smelled a bit like smoke but otherwise very clean for an older building.

Close to little Italy

The location was perfect. Right across from TD Garden. The bed was so comfortable. And the staff was very accommodating and friendly. We were even able to get a late checkout.

Great location central to everything…super quiet and comfortable beds, linens and pillows Tiny tiny window overlooking ac units and debris BUT no street noise
