Very friendly staff.

Great location
-
It is near the hospital and reasonably priced (relatively speaking). Shower curtain in bath is virtually worthless. Air conditioner too noisy. No TV channel guide.
-
I do appreciate the staff though. While stuck waiting for a rebooked flight and having to work remotely today they let me push back checkout to 1:30 pm and the downstairs restaurant is closed in the afternoon so a good place to camp out and work.
-
The hotel was located conveniently close to subway and Whole Foods. The swimming pool is a plus for summer weather, and the staff were very helpful!
-
The outdoor pool deck was so bad you could not walk on it barefoot. The pool bathrooms were so dirty it was unreal on a nice day. The gym is tiny and dirty. Hotel needs updating everywhere old and out of style as well as dirty

The Bathroom shower was less than acceptable. There were strands of hair visible on the soap shelf and clinging to the shower wall. Otherwise the room was clean. The A/C unit was very old and loud. I had to turn the volume of the TV up to hear it every time the A/C unit kicked on. The mattress was past its useful life with the bed springs detectable through the sheets. The windows provided very little sound deadening quality, as traffic, construction noise and emergency vehicle sirens were surprisingly loud, even from the 7th floor. On a positive note, the door men/valet staff were friendly and opened the entrance door for me, which was welcoming and appreciated.

The location was incredible! The staff and our room were great! The only part was the high cost to park, but I know this is common in downtown Boston. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel needs updating, but has what it needs.
-
Perfect location, but the property needs some care and renovation.
-
This hotel had floppy beds and old fixtures. It was a central location and we got a good deal for the first night, but somehow the price for a second night doubled. We stayed with friends instead.
-
No coffee, valet parking was terrible. Cost was misrepresented
-
Hotel was a good choice with subway stops close in either direction. The construction noise from the hospital did not bother me. Area seemed safe at night. They will clean the room every day, if you accept that choice. Lots of places to eat, of all prices, nearby. The only criticism I have is that the website says they have an airport shuttle, They do not. A taxi ride to/from the airport was between $25 and $30 but you can take the blue subway from the airport, which is about 3 blocks away. But it is not acessible so you will have to carry your bags up some fairly long stairs.

Very central location, but noisy construction next door. Staff very friendly
-
nice staff
-
The location is perfect for downtown Boston. This hotel charges for everything. Parking is $70/day. No amenities in the lobby. The hotel is clean but very small rooms and very dated. If you need anything they respond immediately.
-
It does not look like the pictures! It is much more dated and the cleanliness was lacking. Not to mention that the check in staff gave no information at all. Only plus is the location.
-
Dated interior with fading/peeling paint, stains on ceiling and curtains and carpets. Did not eat from the on site restaurant so can’t speak of that. But many restaurant options in the area. Room was clean but felt old. Staff was friendly.
