The hotel has a friendly staff and great location, but it is wayyyyy overdue for maintenance. The AC barely worked, the room was smelly, and the bathroom had old yucky mildew. No fault of the staff-- it's clearly a building in need of serious maintenance/upgrades.

Room had not been cleaned, had to go to the receptionist and they gave us a new room. Staff is great, valet was good. Property is outdated, bathroom had rusted metal parts and bathroom floor was sticky like it hadn't been cleaned.
-
Great location Room reeked of cigarettes and there was hair in the shower. For 450 dollars that is absurd
-
The staff was wonderful. Beds were comfortable. The room was very dated. The bathroom door would not close all the way.
-
Great hotel! We stayed overnight for a concert a TD garden. Breakfast place right down the street. Quiet and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Boston
-
Very accommodating and near EVERYTHING!

I have been charged $75, but I have no idea what for ?????????
-
Hotel was clean, but dated.
-
The beds were uncomfortable, fitness center equipment was broken. Terrible for the price.

location

Location and consciences of the front desk holding luggage before and after check in Price, bed were hard and no microwave and no public one to use
-
Great location, specially if you are visiting the hospital, which is only a 5min walk from the hotel. The hotel and rooms feel a bit dated, but they are clean and the staff is friendly and attentive. Overall, the hotel could use some freshening up.

Mattress was broken

Location was amazing, right in the city centre and within walking distance of everything A little dated and prices were expensive due to World Cup being in town.
-
Good location and easy to walk to all main attractions. Beds were awful, rooms in very tired condition. Wanted $50 to check into hotel early.

This was our first time in Boston and our first time staying at a Wyndham and we enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and quiet. We used the available valet service and enjoyed that experience as well (it was our first time using valet). We did not have breakfast there because we felt it was very overpriced.

Great location near Beacon Hill but walkable distance to Freedom Trail. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and good for the price. Beds were a little small as only doubles rather than queens. Pool area was functional but needs some cleaning/refreshing.
