Excellent location! Bed was horrible...lumpy and could feel the springs in the mattress. Carpet had spills on it that had not been cleaned. Windows were foggy/dirty. Would not stay again.

Location is great. Very friendly staff. Most importantly they were very helpful with all my requests and questions. 5 out 5!!!

Really nothing There was construction across the street that woke us up early in the morning. So it was hard to get pick-up and dropped off due to the construction.

Very central location, 5 min walk from Charles/MGH subway stop It’s a pretty old hotel that has not been renovated in a while, or so it felt at least

Exceptional

The hotel has a great location and was central to a lot of activities we did while visiting. Close to restaurants and the T station. The bar was a nice amenity- bartender was nice. Nice to have multiple elevators. The room was bigger than anticipated so that was nice. Had a fridge and a microwave. This hotel is VERY OUTDATED. From the outlets in the rooms, to the bedding, to the decor, to the bathroom/shower- the hotel needs a face lift. The night desk clerk was pretty unfriendly.

Was able to walk to most locations but the T was also available. You could hear the construction going on at the hospital across street when they started around 6:00am and hear ambulance going to hospital. It didn’t bother my sleep.

the staffe The most frustration was the price compering to what i got. almost 700USD per night for regular room, not include breakfast. old decoration, coffee machin from 70's. any hotel in Europe 4 stars coast about half price

Superb

The best thing about this property is its proximity to the Mass General complex, making it very convenient for patients and their families. The next best thing is the steak at the restaurant, done perfectly to order in reasonable time. The staff are very attentive and helpful. However, the rooms are in need of updating: There is no decoration or style and the bathroom stone counters and ceramic sink are cracked and the shower fixtures are worn out so that the shower head will not stay in position and must be hand-held.

Location is good Furnishings are horrible dated and dirty looking, my room smelled when I checked in so they moved me to another room which smelled better but was cold even though the thermostat was on 74
