It was not a great hotel. Old and stains in many places. Disappointed with the stay overall

This was a great location, either a beautiful walk or a cheap uber to all our attractions. You need to ask for room service. Our TV was broke but they were accommodating in fixing it right away.
-
Additionally, the pool was closed due to a private event. This was very disappointing as we made day plans revolved around using the pool, which we didn’t know was closed until we went down to the front desk. It would have been better if informed upon selecting the hotel.

Room was old & bathroom looked like it hadn’t been touched up in years. Mediocre room at best for a steep price.

Quite basic overall. Had to move rooms when the ac broke and soaked the walls and floor. Two elevators didn’t work during our stay and at one point all of the elevators broke down.staff was very helpful.

great location, clean, quiet

no water bottle offered. No cup in the bathroom. the restaurant is empty... looks abandoned. The outdoor pool is miserable. the doorman and valet service is random.... had to wait half an hour for my car. and..... they charge $69 for parking.... even a Motel 6 has better amenities

The room was dark and in need of an update such as paint and carpeting. The beds were not comfortable. A little bleach in the bathroom around the shower would do wonders. Overall the hotel was ok. I felt safe. The A/C worked really well. The hotel should offer guests complimentary brewed coffee in the lobby. I had to pay approximately $5 for coffee from the hotel restaurant.

No complaints.

$50 charges for early check in seemed excessive

Negatives: Every night we were there, Room Service always shortchanged us 1 towel, so we always needed to call to get another towel. When calling, it always took minimum of 15 minutes for someone to pick up, and then another 15-60 minutes to get a towel. We also needed a tissue box and one was never replaced in the 3 days we were there. I had to find a housekeeping cart to snag one myself.

Not a terribly fancy hotel, but a very decent one with clean rooms in an excellent location and a friendly enough staff. We were happy with the experience.

This was a good hotel. It was close to everything walking and driving wise. My only areas of concern was the bed was so uncomfortable due to it being worn out. I could feel the springs. Parking is always expensive in Boston, but 70 bucks was a bit steep. It was quiet and the staff were great though. The hotel itself has some wear.

The location, however, is fantastic. We walked to a concert at TD Garden in about 10 minutes, Faneuil Hall was about a 15-minute walk, and there is a Whole Foods only about five minutes away. Housekeeping was great, as were the front desk staff. The valet employees were also very polite and helpful. Unfortunately, it took about 30 minutes one day and 40 minutes the next to get our vehicle. I don’t blame the valet staff, though, because there were only two employees working and they were clearly doing the best they could.

Do not stay at this hotel. It is disgusting. The manager Prima Gordon is the absolute worst person to deal with. Worst experience of my life. Absolute trash of property! I hate everything. Absolute garbage. Totally disgusting. Staff are horrible! Don’t stay here!
