Good location, nice room Poor communication , was told I would be called when room was ready, never called. Was not informed that you had to request room service. Called house keeping for towels never came. Called front desk and receive towels. Paid $21.00 for an average old fashion alcoholic beverage.

The Room** Was very dated (old) right of the gate we had plumbing issues with the bathroom. The AC made a weird sound that did not allow for a good night sleep. Location***Was ok you are next to a hospital. BUT there is construction going on and woke us up at 5am. Then House keeping opened the door at 9 am while we were still trying to get some sleep before check out. Not worth what we paid. PARKING***not included you will play 69 dollars per 24 hrs. Breakfast not included but the items were reasonably priced.

Nothing really Beds were terrible, expensive parking on top of expensive rooms. A/C unit extremely loud

Staff were great, especially the valet. Vehicle was waiting upon checkout. Room and fixtures were dated. Beds were terribly uncomfortable. You could literally feel the springs in the bed. Not a comfortable sleep. Noise was loud due to construction next door at hospital. Other then that great location for transit system.
