Friendly enough staff, great location. We booked through Expedia and some requests got lost in transition. We were traveling with teens and booked two adjoining rooms, but wound up 8 floors apart. Rooms were lovely and AC was perfect (constant white noise as opposed to repetitive cycling you get in many hotels). Only there one night so can’t comment on amenities.

Modern and nice decor Overpriced

This was my second time staying at this hotel, and it was very welcoming. The only qualm I have is that the shower wasn’t very clean, and there was hair on the walls.

Great location for events at TD Garden! Literally out the door take a right cross the street and BAM you are there!!!! I highly recommend this hotel!!!!

Great hotel within walking distance to TD Garden. When asking the staff about where to eat with my niece he recommended Tavern in the Square, also within walking distance. We felt safe walking around the area and walking home after the concert at 11:00 pm.

Second time staying here. Walking distance to TD garden, clean rooms, friendly staff. No complaints.

The front desk staff was awesome. Both ladies were so helpful in helping us figure out the train and where to go kill some time. This will be my go to hotel if ever back in Boston.

Lovely decor, friendly staff I’m so frustrated with modern hotel designers choosing something hip-looking over actual utility. While the rooms were nice, they had a sliding barn door on the bathroom so there was no privacy for our family of four. It’s so uncomfortable and weird. I was also charged a $30/day “destination fee” that offered me nothing but credit in the restaurant and shop that couldn’t cover the cost of anything. I wouldn’t stay here again because of these two factors.

The facility was extremely clean and welcoming. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was perfect for the event we were attending at TD Garden. Will definitely stay here again!!!! I cannot think of a single thing that needed to be any better. Our experience was spot on for our trip.
