Modern, clean rooms. Staff very accommodating and friendly and made an effort to celebrate my mums 70th birthday. Rooms were quite small.

We loved this place and the staff were very helpful. Great stay and I would stay there again. You can get everywhere from here.

The King room was a good size. I was happy there was a mini fridge, microwave, and extra sink. The bed was very comfortable. One of the best hotels in the West End.

We were on a girls trip, but this hotel could easily be for a romantic getaway, a girls trip, a solo trip, or even a family trip. Not a lot of amenities for children at the hotel, but it is very close to everything.

Perfect location near the North Station in Boston.

Exceptional

The cold water faucet of the bathroom sink was completely inoperable (as if it was not connected at all to a valve). Housekeeping should have detected it before the room was released for guests.

Passable

They gladly held our bags so that we could attend our event and check in late at night was super easy. Coffee in the morning was very good. Valet doesn't start till 7am which makes it difficult if you want to leave earlier.

The property was clean and the employees were absolutely lovely.

Great location, cool deco

Conveniently located in the northern end of the city, and within walking distance of both major train stations. Very clean and tasteful rooms. The lounge on the first floor has excellent breakfast items that are reasonably priced.

Friendly staff, quick elevator. Comfy beds and quiet

Excellent hotel around the corner from North Station. Well appointed and clean with a very helpful staff that directed us to an open restaurant when we arrived close to midnight. Despite the good decor and friendly staff, the breakfast was mediocre at best and not worth the very high price: insipid toast, bland eggs, and neutral coffee. This is the perhaps the only point the hotels corporate genes show.

The pillows were a bit uncomfortable.

The hotel was beautifully designed, the location was excellent- walkable to Boston Public Market, Quincy Market, the North End, the waterfront, and a short drive to the airport. The staff were also extremely friendly and helpful. The pillows were a bit uncomfortable.

Room could use a through cleaning, was ok. Breakfast was disappointing, limited menu. Staff were very good at check in. Room lacked any information about facility or area.

The hotel is nice and modern and overall clean. Our biggest complaint is that housekeeping did not come to service our room and when we asked reception they simply said that housekeeping had finished for the day. The rest of our party in other rooms had the same issue.
