The iPad in the room was so cool! Loved the changing color lights. The decor was modern and funky, different than any other hotel. Great view of the city. Local attractions were walkable, excellent location. We were very impressed with everything.

I stayed at citizenM Boston North Station and left my new glasses case in the room. Despite reporting it and following up via email, the hotel showed no interest in helping me recover it. On the day of my departure, I even returned in the afternoon after leaving my luggage and reminded them about the case, but there was still no concern or effort to find it. Their automated responses were frustrating and unhelpful. Although the stay was sufficiently comfortable, I expected much better service. I do not recommend this hotel.

Location Extremely disappointing experience I chose this hotel for what was supposed to be a relaxing trip to Bosnia, and unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the strangest hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room did not feel like a normal hotel room at all. It honestly felt more like some kind of sex hotel with bizarrely designed rooms. The shower is literally placed in the middle of the room inside a glass cabin, while the sink is completely exposed outside of the bathroom area. There is virtually no sense of privacy or normal functionality. What made the experience even worse was the lack of basic hotel service. My room was not cleaned after the first night, and there was not even a bottle of drinking water provided in the room. Considering the quite high price per night, I expected a comfortable, clean and properly serviced hotel. Instead, I got a strange room design, poor housekeeping and a complete lack of basic amenities. Definitely not what I expected when choosing a hotel for a vacation. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it.

Communal area near the bar, patio/balcony area was lovely, drinks were good quality but a bit expensive. The staff were helpful, friendly, and professional. The room was very clean, mattress exceptionally comfortable. Great location too. Slightly more expensive than we expected but Boston in August is prime time
