citizenM Boston North Station

Location was perfect and staff was friendly. Tech forward features allowed for an independently unique experience. My daughter said it was the coolest hotel room she’s seen in a while!

Keila and Shy were fantastic and attentive bartenders during our stay. There was a concert next door and quite a bit of patrons all showed up right after the concert let out. They were efficient and extremely friendly with us and the other hotel guests making sure we were taken care of.

The hotel was conveniently located. The staff was very helpful and kind. The rooms were impeccably clean and the ability to change the lighting in the room was a fun touch. We will definitely be staying there again!

The hotel was beautiful. It was in a great location. It was amazingly very very clean. It was so beautiful. The staff was excellent. They helped with anything you needed. We were going down for a concert at TD Garden. We walked about quarter of a mile or less 20 steps maybe to the Concert venue at TD Garden I mean there’s restaurants across the road in the hotel as well. It was just perfect.

The room was very clean and the room had everything we needed but it was very tight! Think tighter than cruise cabin. For a single person, there was plenty of room, for 2... it was difficult to get in and out of bed!

Room was incredibly small and not fit for 2 people. Fridge did not work, spoiled our leftovers and food we had packed. Asked for towels and refills multiple times with no delivery. Worst of all is the bed, horrible design. If anything slides off the sides of the bed you will not be able to get it back without someone cutting a hole out of the bed. Insane

Everything was very convenient! Between the location, the room, and the wonderful staff working there! This was hands down one of the best hotels we have stayed at! The tablet that controls all the functions in the room is a pretty sweet feature that we have yet to see in other places!! Will definitely be coming back in the future!

Super easy self check in. Staff is friendly and available if needed. Complimentary water and free refill station available. Proximity to North Station. Safe neighborhood (solo traveler), walkable to main attractions. Lots of food and entertainment in immediate area. The city view from the room is spectacular. Duvet bedding and clean room.

My first time staying at a Citizen M was quite pleasant. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The location is great and amenities were easy to use. Very European in design. Id happily stay here again.

Great location - central to everything and walkable !

Only thing, I wish they had a iron/steamer directly in room versus you have to go to travelling station. But other than that, a good stay.

Amazing design and fantastic experience! Loved all the details, especially the iPad control for everything in the room. Great location close to the North End and public transit. This is my new fave hotel in Boston!

Staff is extremely friendly. Amenities are great as is the location. Just wish rooms were a bit bigger.

Hotel sold out by the time i arrived at the location, but they were accommodating and Ubered me for free to the Back Bag property for a night. Beds were super comfortable and room had pretty cool lighting controls and electronic curtains. Lobby amenities were very nice too—I had a nice meal at the bar and I made use of the water refill a lot. I’d love to stay again!

Came during World Cup. Staff was incredible. Went out of their way to be helpful and kept things extremely efficient. Love the tech enabled check in check out and room function. Will stay again.

This was a quiet and clean place to stay. It is very near the North Station, which was convenient for us to catch Amtrak. We did think it was a bit overpriced, even compared to other hotels, but it was close to North Station so we paid the price. The one negative of the hotel was the shower only provided cool water. It never got warm, much less hot.

Friendly and helpful staff at the hotel. I found the room to be comfortable and clean. I had a great stay.

The hotel itself was very pretty modern, love the way it was decorated. My room, the walls were coming down by the bed. It wasn’t clean property. You could see the dirt by the side of the bed. Outlets were not working properly. We only had one working outlet. No one was able to answer the phone unavailable front desk.
