We loved the living room and I loved the decorations and how food and drinks were available 24/7.

Being right above one of the main MBTA stops and Amtrak station, it's in a great location. Despite being on a busy road, you don't really hear much traffic or noise from the street. Room's are definitely small and really are only comfortable with 2 people, max.

Everything- location, comfortable room, continental and hot breakfast, friendly staff. Would stay here again. Nothing

Room was clean but definitely needed an update, there were so many chips in the paint everywhere but I get that’s how it is! Checkout was at 11AM next morning and at 10:50 an alarm was activated thot the hotel telling guest to stay put. Definitely super offsetting so I waited 20 minutes with no update on the intercoms the fore called the front desk which was pretty dismissive of the whole situation and said you’re fine to come out but have no explanation on why the warning went off.

I loved the fabulous view from the room through the floor to ceiling windows over the Boston city landmarks. Made the room feel very spacious too. My room was much more spacious than I thought it would be and I liked the styling details like book ends and books etc. The bed was super comfy with soft white sheets. The rain shower was great. I really liked the lounge and roof terrace too. It is a cool space to hang out in alone,very chill and comfortable, and the roof terrace has a great view. It's also open 24 hours which is reassuring. The location above a metro station is excellent as you can begin your outing straight away. There is also a very handy supermarket and food places very close. I was very pleased I chose this hotel. They say that tea and coffee is always available as an answer to the absence of a kettle in the room. That's a great idea as having a tea and coffee in the lounge is much nicer than making your own in the room. However the self serve tea and coffee was only available during breakfast hours and if you ask at the bar you may be charged. I was a bit miffed to be charged considering the amount I had spent on my room. I think free 24 hour self serve should be available.

Location is good, close to the city center. Metro is just 1 min from the hotel. Supermarket is at the train station, as well as plenty of options to eat. Too small room, is ok for one person but can't imagine there more.

Right in the middle of everything. Small rooms but very clean and comfortable. Staff were super friendly and eager to assist. Loved the "Living Room" concept. Breakfast was great. Eclectic art throughout. We'll be back.

Rooms are extremely small but worth it. Staff were beyond great and it was a great time.
