Loved it

Would stay for the convenience of being close to TD & the view but nothing else

Perfect location for Celtics game!!!

I really liked the patio off the lounge. I also loved that Jacky remembered my name when I came and went! So personable!

My partner and I loved this hotel— it was our first time traveling together and to Boston and we definitely made the right choice. I love how “silly” this hotel is. They have fun little notes everywhere that honestly make me laugh. Although the room is small it gets the job done. My partner and I spent majority of our time exploring Boston which this hotel made easy as it was close to public transportation. I attended the Tame Impala concert Jul 28 and it felt so good to just walk not even 10 minutes back to my room. We didn’t get to enjoy the breakfast but we hope to some other time. My partner used the gym one night and his own concern was that there wasn’t any heavier weights. Overall wonderful experience and super easy to check into. Lobby is spacious and the view from the balcony is beautiful. Hope to stay again some time!

Great stay

Very eclectic hotel! Very clean! The rooms are very small but cleverly designed to maximize the space. It is designed to invite the guests to hang out in the lobby. The lobby is quite an experience.... comfortable places to sit. There are books you can browse through. The breakfast is amazing and there is a full bar to sit at. It is right in the hub of the city with plenty to do around the hotel. Parking is challenge but there is parking next door at TD Arena (although expensive) but, it was comforting to have our car in a parking garage. Every staff member we interacted with went above and beyond to meet our needs! Very friendly. Would definitely, without a doubt, stay here again!

Really cool hotel with nice communal spaces. Rooms are compact but well-maintained and we had a great view of the city. Really liked the proximity to TD Garden and other locations. Also, there was a bag room where we were able to store our luggage after checkout so that we could explore the city a bit.

. Great patio and views

The room floor wasn’t as clean. The bathroom door didn’t close properly for privacy. We reported it since day one, no one came to fix it. We like the citizen M and have stayed in Seattle and Rome. This one is not as clean and well maintained as the others. We rated it good in consideration from our previous stays.

Loved it!

Staff was very nice! The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable.

The location, while great for accessing many local spots within walking walking distance does not have parking on site. The least expensive and closest was a garage at Government Center at $23. (not unreasonable given the area.). We would absolutely stay again and would possibly consider their other location in Boston for a change of scenery.

I liked the hotel, the room had some issues. Our room wasn’t very clean, and the fridge didn’t work well. Then the night time shades didn’t work. Then when they brought new towels they didn’t even clean

Found hair and trash from previous guests in room showing it had not been cleaned with no managment around to help with this

Easiest stay ever.

If the location wasn't so convenient, I would have given this a one. Bed is built in between two walls making it hard to get in and out of for two people. V. expensive for size of room.
