Little smaller than I thought but was nice.

We’ve stayed at this particular hotel before, where our previous stay in 2025 was a 9/10 experience. However the lack of simple amenities in the room as well as the overall cleanliness (the shower had bits of mold and areas not scrubbed properly) have soured the perception this location initially gave us. To see a such a degradation in the span of one year warrants caution when choosing this location for a future stay in the area.

This place was the most unique hotel I've been to, very modern but very lowkey. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, and there are a lot of amenities. Also right next to North Station and a lot of Boston restaurants, comfortable distance from the wharf and aquarium. Would stay here again.

Water in the rooms should be non-negotiable. There weren’t even cups in our room.

Unexpected. Liked the open lounge living room concept with couches, TV, board games and a coffee/drink bar plus a water refill station. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was super nice! Self check-in worked well. Disliked the room-it was too compact-felt like we were in an airstream, long and narrow with bed at end (which was uneven/slanted and made for uncomfortable sleeping) between the 2 walls. No seating other than a bench (used for suitcase) and desk chair right next to the bed. Sink vanity in the open room was narrow, no storage space. Toilet and shower were in a capsule-like space with frosted glass walls and shower door exit/entry. Really odd. Mini iPad for blinds, lights and TV were cool. Thankful we were only in the room 2 nights and not in the room at all during the day due to our plans. Overall adequate, Euro modern - that’s the brand and feel they are going for, but we didn’t expect it.

The staff members are exceptional, friendly, helpful and hospitable…they made all the difference! Waste baskets in room are too darn small!! Additional power outlets would be nice.

Very cool European style hotel. The room was compact but functional. The common areas were large and comfortable. I believe the point is to use the room for sleeping and the rest of the place to hang out and meet people.

The bathroom is not very private but the bed was very comfortable and everything was clean.

Great location, cozy lobby/living room situation. Enjoyed the artwork displayed, seems like there was a great curator for the space. Music was great too, staff were very friendly Communication. We didn’t get the breakfast but we were told the filtered coffee was complimentary On our last day the answer changed and we were told we needed to pay $20 for a cup of coffee since it counted as “breakfast”. Please make sure your staff are well informed so that customers can be given accurate information.

I thought the breakfast was excellent the staff very friendly and accommodating, and the uniqueness of the hotels decor was very enjoyable It was a very small thing, but there were no glasses or cups in the room at all

It was a good location and the lobby was nice along with the staff. The hallways are too dark and depressing and the rooms are too small, it felt like I was staying in a cruise cabin. The room had a hospital smell - UGH! Also, I had to check in and out on my own pretty much do everything on my own. The amount I paid for a week stay should at least comp for daily breakfast, but instead I had to pay an expensive breakfast fee on a daily so I only had breakfast once.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Location great. Comfortable bed and pillows. Cramped room, very little seating and room for luggage. Small counter space. Difficult bed arrangement for a couple: tough to get in and out
