Excellent all around
-
Cannot say enough great things about this hotel but the service and staff were above and beyond in every way. Customers for life. We most definitely will be back.

We liked just about everything! The View..... We have stayed there three times and the views are lacking... We had an office building right across from our room on the 16th floor and then a view of a tree. No city views even in the corner room.... With that being said we didn't spend a lot of time in our room anyway --the views were around town.....

Great hotel- cool vibe.

Excellent historic hotel in great location .5 mile walk to Boston Common area. Room was clean and artistic with super comfortable bed. The staff was very friend and helpful. We loved the lobby area with multiple extra large tv screen to enjoy the Works Cup events and order classy cocktails! Love it over all!
-
Staff at front desk weren’t very helpful. Room was okay - not the quality I would expect from a 5 star hotel
-
Very good location, 15 min from the airport and 15 min walk to downtown. Creative design, unique history, nice staff, good room and good breakfast Nothing relevant to mention

Best hotel, best staff ever.

Staff were helpful and friendly. We dined at both Scampo and Clink. The tuna tartare and the pasta dishes were excellent as were the truffle fries.
-
Liked the room, the restaurants, and the coffee station in the lobby.

Beautiful hotel! The lobby is stunning. Love that the T station is across the street. We took the T from Logan, it was so easy and quick. Large clean rooms. We upgraded to a high floor, city view. Totally worth it. Except for an occasional ambulance we couldn't hear anything else. Fabulous bath products. The shower pressure was soothing and spa like. There was a large soaking tub but no bath products were available to use it, even when we requested from guest services. That was odd. The sink was slow to drain, no one came to fix it when we requested and were informed someone would be right up.

Room lovely, beds very comfortable, Plenty of space to meet up with people; Front desk welcoming and helpful. Very clean. Food outside of clink very good as were the drinks I was very disappointed in my drink at Alibi- a lemon drop is a fairly standard drink and is was not good. I know I could have asked for it to be made again but didn't want to be disappointed a second time. Also, hours for a big city for spaces to close so early(10pm??) is really unusual.
