One of the front desk manager was awful. He literally told me I took more than an hour, too much time of his agent. This was after 10PM after a long working day and flight. There was also no other customer waiting. He was pacing around me and the agent trying to speed us up, like I want to stay there longer than I need to. His customer service skills need to be revamped. I would have changed hotel if I had other choices.

Clean room

When checking in, was initially offered the wrong room (two doubles instead of the reserved two queens) - had to double-check my reservation and ask for the correct room. Smelly room with extremely thin blankets. When asked for two more blankets (one for each bed), only got one and were told it the last one. Blinds do not close all the way because there is some box mounted that prevents them from being fully closed, letting the light leak into the room. The bar holding the showerhead detached on one end. Sink faucet making extremely loud noises.

This is my favorite hotel for staycations and traveling guest.

This was one of the best weekends I’ve had in a long time! It was special, the room was beautiful, the view was beautiful, everything was clean, no concerns what so ever. Highly recommend. We will be back.

It was just okay. They charge luxury prices for out of date and snarky staff. We were all woken up at 3 am because their sprinkler system failed and it was clear none of the staff had training on what to do in case of emergency.

Beautiful view of the river. Breakfast was delicious. Pool was nice but freezing at night.

Room was great! We got a river view with Boston as our backdrop. Loved it!! The hotel seemed to have issues with pool and A/C but this didn’t really affect us. I’d go back to this hotel for sure!!!

The only downside is that the rooms are quite small, especially the bathroom, which really only fits one person comfortably. Other than that, we had a great experience and really enjoyed our stay!
