The value of stay is very high and the guest experience is excellent. The challenge in Boston is always centered around parking and the Royal Sonesta provides parking and easy access to routes 95 and 93, but once you have arrived public transportation is your best option to see parts of the city. Overall, I have been a loyal fan for 36 years and highly recommend this hotel!

The staff was very polite and friendly. The staff at the cafe were amazing! So friendly and welcoming. The location of the hotel was perfect for our 4 day trip to Boston. We never had more than a 10 or 15 min uber ride for any activities we did downtown. Our room was very comfortable and we watched the fireworks from our hotel room on the 5th floor. We could see the entire show from the 2 large windows facing the Charles River. It was a great location and hotel!

The front desk was exceptionally helpful when I was trying to coordinate my stay and my family coming in the next day. They were kind, patient and the most accommodating to help.

We upgraded to a river view. It was in part of the hotel that hasn’t yet been upgraded but boy, was the view worth it. Room was fine anyway!! It was all good.

Staff are amazing! Rooms are clean WI-FI …. 2026 and 1mbps??? And it barely works? Ironically if you pay for premium Wi-Fi, then it’s even worse.

Service at both restaurants was outstanding. Weather was good, so we were able to take our meals on the terrace overlooking the Charles. Every hotel employee was friendly and did their job well.
