Hampton Inn by Hilton Boston/Cambridge

Very good stay and accommodated our dog.

The hotel offers an excellent option to avoid astronomical parking fees in Boston downtown. We are very active people. So to walk from the hotel to Boston was a hoot an half. For the folks with mobility issues, you have the metro system just a few meters from the hotel. It only takes 4 stations to be in downtown and you can pay using your credit card. Boston is an amazing city and our hotel location was definitely a plus. About two kilometres away, you will arrive to the vibrant Little Italy where you can find a myriad of Italian American delicacies. Just outside Little Italy, you can access the public market and Quincy Market. I went off topic, the room in the hotel was spacious and comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was solid and there is always bananas and apples available during the day and night. The hotel is bang on in terms of quality and price. The gym is the only under the average, the hotel could do much better adding spaces and elastic sets.

The hotel is well situated next to a train/bus station. Very clean and the breakfast is well stocked with different kind of food.

Also we had housekeeping just enter our room in the morning before check out and woke us up. I would assume they’d check records before just coming in an occupied room. Great rate though

Breakfast was good. Room was clean. They don't recycle, which is unfortunate. Their gym had only one working treadmill (there were two of us). Fire alarm went off around 11am. Staff gave us some goodies while we waited, but this did throw off our day a bit (it took more than an hour to get back inside).

We truly enjoyed our stay! The beds were comfortable. The property was clean and felt safe. We loved that it was right near public transport stops.

Helpful staff and very clean rooms and common areas. The breakfast was great and the location was perfect next to the train to get all around town.

Great location, few minutes walk from Lechmere station. Good breakfast available and the breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. Bedrooms were very clean. Reception staff could have been a bit friendlier, bit unhappy and serious. Furniture was a bit tired

Overall good stay and much less expensive than hotels closer to the Samberg Conference Center. EXCELLENT location to the metro line and the free EZ ride bus stop to go all over the Boston area. My only feedback is that the AC in my room seem to have some issue and was puttering on and off constantly and I don't know that the temperature ever dropped below 73 or so. I didn't have time to even ask for the hotel to switch rooms but something to consider if you notice this upon arrival to make such a request. Staff at the desk and at breakfast were very friendly and kept everything running smoothly, good job team!

Exceptional

It had a large room and bed. The air conditioning was very good to keep the temperature down to a comfortable temperature whist sleeping. The room was serviced every two days. For the price I paid, I like my room to be serviced every day. Not asking much quick vacuum, empty bins and generally a wee tidy up.

Hot Breakfast was scrambled egg sliced smoked sausage make your own waffle and porridge. I thought it was going to be a proper buffet. Overall ok.
