The location - you cannot beat that. Walking to T and walking to MIT. Longfellow bridge 3 min walk. Staff was great too.

Everything was great about this place

Property is under construction with large property next store under construction which was very noisy and not great for sleeping in. No lobby, long breakfast line, so many people in very limited common space.

Wonderful location, beautiful access to a rooftop, close to restaurants and the t. My only complaint was the construction. I wish I had known that was happening because I would have picked a different location based on that, but other than that it was lovely. Thanks!

Location was great, the staff in the restaurant were exemplary, food was surprisingly good for a hotel option.

We often stay at this hotel while traveling to “Boston”. They are undergoing very significant renovations and are not able to provide the service or amenities one would expect. We won’t go back u til they are complete. Might even wait until in the neighborhood is done too.

Under construction but still a great stay. Unlike at other Marriotts we’ve been to the M Club isn’t a separate space- it’s the restaurant for the entire hotel and has somewhat limited seating. We typically rely on the lounge as an additional work space but this has tables/ chairs and is in use by the hotel for all three meals, so the club is not really worth it as an amenity. Elevators are painfully slow at times, and some event foot traffic bottlenecks at check in area, but all of this may just be a side effect of the major lobby renovation project. Extremely convenient location- T is right out front and good variety of restaurants in walking distance. A lot of slamming doors and other noise from housekeeping at all hours but the front desk and door staff were exceptional.

Concurrently located! Despite street construction and building remodeling, the stay was nice! Great restaurants nearby.

Pretty clean and friendly staff, even with renovations happening

The one pain point, particularly in this day and age, is the internet. It was very slow, and the only way to get anything worth using was to pay $16.00 a day. Daylight robbery considering the location and who the hotels neighbours are. For this point alone I would not go back.

Hotel is under construction. Very inconvenient.

My room was spacious and modern. Housekeeping staff were excellent and were very polite and accommodating for the timing that suited me to have my room cleaned. The club lounge was well worth paying for an upgraded room. The staff in there couldn’t have been more friendly and accommodating, they did a great job. The service at breakfast in the evening was excellent. The food at breakfast and in the evening was very nice and the option to take your evening appetiser to go for my room was a nice touch.

A.m. sleeping could have been better if the construction out the window wasn't so loud, waking me up at sun-up. Also noticed old water leak repair of ceiling over the head of the bed.

- early check in - spacious room - great location to T stop - clean - daily housekeeping - great gym - great view from the room - good amenities in the room (lotion, soaps, etc) - bed was comfy Cons: - requested a room away from high traffic areas and received a room that was directly in front of the elevators. had to go back to the front desk to get a room change - elevators are slow - renovations are ongoing in the hotel so check in is on the 3rd floor - toilet in my room kept randomly filling with water during the night VERY loudly - towels were kinda scratchy

Such a great stay for the 4th.
