Location- far enough away from the city centre but close enough that it was convenient. Easy access with the subway etc. Gym - this is the best hotel gym I have seen. Very spacious and loads of machines.

Great gym (dumbbells, machines, floor space, but no barbells). Nice room.

Overcharged 2000 Swiss francs and didn't return it. Staff were not helpful at all and all of them said "They will deal with it" only to have it not dealt with on the last day. This meant I was out of pocket for a significant amount of money for a long time with no acknowledgement or guarantee from staff that it was on it's way back at all. Simple error could have been dealt with much better but simply nobody wanted to do any actual work they were all depressed. Also there was no lobby or reception it was terrible.

The hotel location was convenient to restaurants and offices at Kendall Square. The room was clean, and bathroom was modern with nice features. The staff was friendly and helpful. As of August 2026 there is a lot of construction going on across the street, but the room was still relatively quiet. If you get up at or before 7 AM, no problem. The Valet parking was very helpful and I would recommend you purchase this pricey option. I would highly recommend this hotel.
