The cleaning lady was very professional, friendly and accommodative. Thank you!!! I was stuck in the lift for 5 mins one day. I walked up the stairwell till 12/F after having breakfast. I took the lift to go to 15th floor and the door did not open properly until a few attempts.

For the first time getting a hotel room for myself and also friends, the staff was very helpful and very accommodating with our needs. Would definitely recommend them and would definitely go to their hotel again.

great stay overall. everything was clear, the staff was very helpful, and very close to the metro station. If im back in Cambridge or the Boston area, id definitely stay here again.

The two best things about the hotel were the location and the staff. The location was within easy walking distance to public transportation, MIT and technology company offices, and several restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. A special shout out to Natalia at the front desk; she was so friendly and helpful, and made us feel welcome and at home.

Nice location, close to a transit line and nice area in general. Breakfast selection is great as well and friendly staff. Sofa bed wasn’t comfortable and hadn’t been cleaned in a while, there was even a shard of glass on the mattress. Certain amenities in the room could’ve been stocked up more during cleaning, such as dish washer detergent in the kitchen and body wash/soap in the bathroom. Breakfast area is quite small and seats fill up quickly making it very cramped at times.

This hotel has a very convenient location. The staff are exceptionally nice and always helpful. Highly recommended.

Clean comfortable room in a nice part of Kendall Square. The only thing was we had 3 adults and needed coffee for all 3 in our room. The coffee wasn't replaced on the second day of our stay. Everything else was good.
