Quick stay. Nice room. Distance from Bu bridge was further than I thought after reading the description. It was more of a 25 minute walk.

Room was spacious. Mattress was comfortable & sheets & towels were clean. Bathroom was a good size. It was good to have an ironing board & an iron We stayed in 2 rooms. Both rooms had a significant amount of dust behind the desks. I am allergic to dust mites so I was not happy about this. In one room the coffee maker did not work. There was no kettle in either room. I did not like the paper cups. A hotel at this price point should provide a kettle & china cups & proper glasses. The rooms should be provided with a small carton of UHT milk in the fridge. Also, the water should be free. Most hotels provide a couple of bottles of free water. The pillows did not provide proper neck support. Lower profile pillows would be better. Also the staff needs to make eye contact with the customers, smile & greet them whenever they encounter them in the corridors.

The room was very clean and quiet. The bedding was comfortable and had the perfect amount of firmness. Pillows were amazing!!!

Location was perfect. 20 min walk from Harvard, 2 mins from good bars and food, 35-40 minute walk to Back Bay / Downtown / Fenway. 5 mins from red lines. Reception staff were very nice and provided a great welcome. The gym was a little tired. Prices for food and drink were really expensive. Bar staff weren’t the most pleasant or helpful.
