Beautiful views over the river, spacious clean and quiet rooms. I wouldn’t recommend having breakfast there. Or dining altogether. Felt like paying restaurant prices for processed food, overloaded with sugar. Despite multiple messages and discussing it upon arrival with staff, I still couldn’t get a preferred room. Also, I would consider upgrading irons - could barely press my clothes and it was a business trip. Very dated and somewhat random design.

Why the hell was a 1 night stay $500? Prrice

Location & staff were excellent Beds can be more comfortable.

The view is directly to the Charles River. Had a smooth check-in and check-out done by Mamello. For check-in after 12 am have to make a call to the hotel else they will cancel your reservation It a bit far from restaurants even though there is a cafe and restaurants in the hotel

Nothing. Room size. Room damage rugs bathroom. Ugly green couch. Food was vile. Insane incidental fees. Parking fees were ridiculous.

The location is good—a quiet neighborhood close to the riverbanks.

I felt the hotel could have waived the amenity fees for the first night as I had contacted the hotel to let them know we were arriving after midnight. They also charged us $48 for parking for each night which I felt was excessive for guests. I was also charged a $200 security deposit for each room, which we felt was rather high. The front desk clerk was extremely unfriendly We were tired after flying all day to arrive at the hotel, to be treated like an annoyance. We’ll never stay at this hotel again

Close to Fenway and loved how the inside was done. Also the beds are very comfortable. Nothing

The boat rowers and runners start early and they are quite a sight ! The room was comfortable and spacious. It is a quick walk to the incredible Flour bakery for breakfast. Amenities never used- for many reasons.
-
The room we stayed in was nice but nothing special, although having a balcony overlooking the river and city was really nice! The common area of the hotel is very impressive and the staff was friendly and attentive.

Shower water stopped flowing in the middle of my shower and brown water came out as it stopped. Then I did not have water to rinse off all the soap for 30 minutes. Then, there was only super hot water came through and no cold water. I used bottled waters to rinse off before I had to run to airport. The water supply to the toilet stopped as well and we could not flush. This was worst hotel stay by far! The hotel engineering could not get the problem under control for 3 plus hours and there was no cold water supply as we left the hotel. Will not recommend this hotel.
