The staff was terrific. There was a gentleman named Bruce at the front who was especially helpful, as on our last day, he took care of our luggage after checkout so that we could spend the day at the Boston MFA before getting to our evening flight back to Seattle. Would recommend this hotel wholeheartedly .

Awesome

Very disappointed in the $29/night additional fee for the amenities. These were not useful and the courtesy shuttle does not take you anywhere out of Cambridge. I will not book at this hotel in the future because of the mandatory charge.

Hotel overlooks the river and Boston University. Shuttle service offered to MIT and Harvard with on the subway transit to Boston. Room size and breakfast is good.

The location was excellent overlooking the Charles River. Our room and bedding were so comfortable, we felt rested each morning before starting our day. The food at Paperback Tavern and the cafe was so delicious we made orders each day. We look forward to staying here again. The staff were all kind and friendly also.

The room is clean and the staff are very helpful. The food in the restaurant is good too.

Wrong room, no explanation of benefits, nothing but an email apology as a response from the manager over a week after my stay.

The hotel is in a great location. There are people running and walking along the river in front of it. The room was spacious. The view from the upper floors is lovely. The staff were polite and helpful. We had to leave our suitcases at the hotel for a while upon checking out, and they charged us for this without prior notice. In addition to the city tax, they charged a nightly "destination fee" of $25 plus $4 in tax. Also, although we were told the hotel shuttle was free, they charged my friend for it as well.
