The location was great and the staff were amazing. I enjoyed the free shuttle that takes you to local areas.

The staff were fantastic at all times. We went there to see the fireworks and gave up, my husband can only walk for so long because of health issues, we had dinner at the hotel and the service was horrible, we waited for an overcooked dried out hamburger for over an hour, first they bused in two loads of people I would guess for the fireworks and they got better treatment then the regular paying guess and believe me my hotel was not cheap, places were closed to the regular guess and I feel we paid just as much money to stay there as the bused in ones. I would not stay there again

The staff was great and very friendly. Parking was super easy in the garage. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The onsite restaurant Paperback was delicious with fast service. There were multiple events going on for both Independence Day and the World Cup, it was nice to see the extra effort put in. The hotel offers a shuttle to various points in Cambridge, which made accessing the closest T stop a mile away very easy.

Views from 16th floor were beautiful. Never had an issue getting a Lyft. Room clean, beds comfortable, bathroom had spacious countertop but could’ve used more hooks/towel bars. Restaurant was nice, though pricey. Front desk clerks and valet parking attendants were excellent. We had a great stay in Boston (3 nights) and would love to return.

The room was super clean, the staff were very helpful as always. I have been staying with Hyatt over the years, and the facilities and services are excellent. Highly recommended!

The staff at the Hyatt in Cambridge was outstanding! Everyone was friendly, cheerful, and efficient, and they truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. They were happy to accommodate additional requests for our room and provided excellent recommendations for local entertainment and travel. We visited during a record-breaking heat wave, so the comfortable lounge/pub was the perfect place to relax, have a bite, and cool off. Again, the staff amazing! The hotel’s location was also excellent, just a pleasant walk to the fireworks display and strolling across the bridge to the Back Bay, also within easy reach of Fenway Park, Harvard and MIT. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return and recommend.

Centrally located and well-maintained property.
-
No mircrowave in unit and expensive parking.
-
It's a pity there is no swimming pool.
-
The hotel itself was great. The food is a little overpriced ($7 for a grilled ear of corn at the July 4th event). Overall good value for distance to MIT—we will just find other places to eat in the future.
-
I wish I could remember the young lady that helped me from the front desk ! She was amazing
-
Out stay was perfect. The staff were friendly and the amenities were just what we hoped for.
-
The chef at the restaurant prepared an incredible menu of delicious and exotic combinations that leave you wanting more. The prices are high, but the portions are large and leave you feeling that your exquisite dining was worth paying more.
-
Very nice hotel. Staff was terrific. Paperback Restaurant very good.
-
Lots of space in the room. Bathroom nice and clean. Disappointing breakfast though. Staff all lovely. A little bit further away from downtown than we expected.
-
Excellent location to visit Cambridge and the Boston area.
