Convenient location to Trader Joe's for snacks. Staff were very accommodating, restaurant was good!

During the first of the season’s Nor’easter, I landed at Logan intl airport, only to discover that my accommodation was a scam. Finally, I found that Courtyard Marriott Boston Cambridge had a room, when we got there we were told there was no such room, a wonderful woman named Sandra. Finally found a great one. Reservation system while new was very poor and slow.

We had a good time. The hotel was 10/10

Love this hotel. Super well maintained and the staff is amazing. Feels less like an average courtyard and more like a 5 star hotel.

Staff were exemplary. Room was clean. Bed comfortable. Bathroom dry. Water hot. Shower pressure ample. Coffee strong. No bad surprises. Hotel for a work trip couldn't be better.

location $32 daily fee. lost if not used. i do not eat $32.00 breakfast, I did not use kayaks or bikes. fee was not refundable if not used. The hotel is showing alot of wear and tear. my room- wallpaper was peeling, toilet need to be flushed twice to work properly and then still iffy!, lighting in bathroom horrible!

Breakfast division was odd. They should just charge for it… and let people have whatever is sitting out.

Tuvimos una estadía en el hotel de 8 días y 7 noches. El hotel nos encantó. Una experiencia muy placentera y maravillosa. El personal de recepción, habitaciones y restaurante muy atento, amable, simpático y colaborador. La habitación excelente, amplia, impecable y limpia. Muy comoda. Aire acondicionado excelente, cama super cómoda. Una experiencia extraordinaria en la habitación. El desayuno extraordinario. Desayuno buffet, muy completo y delicioso. Una buena selección realizar el desayuno en el hotel. El personal del desayuno muy amigable, simpático y excelente. El restaurante japones de primera. La comida deliciosa. Numerous seafood/Latin and Asian small venue restaurants are within 1.5 miles uber hop from the hotel back across the river. Great staff, terrific sunrise views of downtown Boston from the East side of the hotel, for what it's worth.

Convenient, parking on-site, excellent customer service.

Convenient location and parking option very helpful

Breakfast was very good. We were given a voucher that we could use at breakfast or in the Japanese steak house.

I’m not sure I got value for money but I guess I’d have to compare with similar hotels in the city. But for how detached it is from the center and rather “regular”, I feel it was overpriced. It didn’t live upto the Marriot name, which, sadly, from my recent experiences, appears to be on a decline.

Excellent hotel

Quiet hotel with large rooms and nice staff. Good value for a short visit. It is about 25 min walk from MIT or Harvard campus and by a small park next to the river. Far away from Metro Red Line and every other type of public transport (20 min from Central station). The food in the restaurant was terrible with unfriendly staff. The Wi-Fi requires an account by Marriot and I couldn’t register with their system for some reason so I had to relay on very slow public network instead.
