The Atlas Hotel

Nice hotel and clean. Staff was awesome. Food was a bit pricey.

Modern hotel very convenient for Harvard Uni. Helpful staff, decent buffet breakfast and well appointed accommodation, although our corner room lacked a work desk if you’re planning a business trip. The hotel and Expedia worked well together to waive part of our costs after a flight cancellation meant we lost one nights stay

Wonderful, near perfect stay. Do not arrive early they charge $75/ hour for early check-in which is the most absurd thing I’ve ever heard. Else amazing, clean, very comfortable stay where the wonderful staff still practices old school hospitality and professionalism. In-room espresso machine. Note, you must ask for an iron and board it is not in the room.

Fabulous location if you want a hotel close to HBS. Spacious rooms, with good amenities Limited storage space in the room for those who would want to stay for more than a few days. Would have loved if they had sleepers in the room

and a helpful staff and the night they had the DJ was an extra treat.

My husband and his had a great experience at the Atlas. The hotel is beautiful and clean and the staff friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

As the staff were familiar with this problem, I asked them to tell management that readily functioning bathroom lighting is basic, shouldn’t have to be worked for. They were dismissive of this. They have an elevator system that only has buttons at the lobbies, not inside elev cab. Last night there was a confusion of people trying to select their floors, staff had to come and reset the system. Again, an elevator is basic. And, we were charged $40 for wifi and the gym. We had no interest in the gym, being in town to visit family. This cost wasn’t included in the price shown online at booking. I don’t recall another hotel experience when I’ve been asked to pay for WiFi. This ‘tax’ needs further consideration by management. And, $35 per person for breakfast was overpriced. The parking garage was very remote from the hotel itself. We could not see a way to access the hotel from the garage underground. If it had been raining we would have been rained on for that 5 minute walk. That said, the property is pretty, clean, thoughtful, well designed. The bed was comfortable, pillows fluffy, shower hot and good pressure, nice toiletries. I hope the hotel can iron out these annoyances (some expensive).
