Beautiful modern Many issues with service, bad room key, no way to access room service menu, tried tv, app, chat. Was told they would bring a menu and didn’t Food once delivered was very mushed up. Toilet seat was very loose. Desk staff the last day were quite nice

Our room was thoughtfully appointed and cozy. We enjoyed the beautiful view overlooking the city through the large windows. It was so quiet that we slept really well. Everyone was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

My stay at Atlas Hotel Boston Cambridge was absolutely wonderful - the stylish rooms, friendly staff, and perfect location. It was pure luxury - the spacious king rook with floor to ceiling windows, plush pillowtop bed, and in room Nespresso machine, made it an unforgettable experience.

This is a new property. You can feel some of the kinks getting worked out. They probably need a few more staff members at the front desk to check in and check out. The newness worked in terms of the freshness of the rooms, but I think the staff needs more support or training. I would definitely return but would want some assurance that the staff is feeling more confident.
