Lovely hotel!

Expedia needs to let people know that there is an everyday “service fee” per night when staying in Boston. This equates to a local tax of $35.00 per night. That should be included in the online price to make travelers informed of extra expenditures.

The staff is very helpful and courteous! Loved the complimentary water at check-in, checkout, and also in the fitness room. The fitness room is exceptional. Free weights, weight machines, Pelotons, quality treadmills, etc.
-
The most impactful asset of this hotel is the staff. They were extremely accommodating and helpful, and made us feel very welcome. As a new hotel, they have a few tweaks to make: for example, it would be helpful to have a copy of the room service menu in each room. Based on the excellence of the staff, though, I am confident they will work out these minor issues.

Great location, across street from Harvard Business School, large valet lane in front of hotel made it easy to get in & out of Boston, beautiful brand new hotel
-
Fresh and modern style. Good layout of borh facilities and rooms. Attentive staff. Dinner at the affiliated restaurant was marvelous. Valet parking is outsourced, not run by the hotel. Internittent electrical problems in room were borhersome. Breakfast was ordinary and extremely over priced.

Outstanding staff! We felt very welcome and comfortable. The hotel restaurant, AMA, is outstanding. Our room was beautiful and comfortable. Every detail is well thought out! We’ll definitely be back. Nothing

The hotel room was clean, quiet, and Modern. Very comfortable. The staff was friendly and hopeful. The restaurant is great Strangely, this high-end hotel did not carry ergonomic pillows. Seems like a small thing but if you need one it's a significant inconvenience. Otherwise things were great.

This hotel was a pleasant accident for me and my 17 year old granddaughter. We Ubered to our hotel, only to find out my reservation didn’t work. By the time, they decided to make a new reservation, it was too late. We sat on their sofa, with phone on Expedia site, and this hotel had a room, for the time we needed. We got there and they welcomed us! Great choice, staff and our favorite hotel!

My experience at the Atlas Hotel was great. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. The only issue I had was with hot water but other than that, I truly enjoyed my stay.
-
Beautiful little boutique hotel with a great bar and food options. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel design and the people working at it all share the same mission, making the customers comfortable and cuddled. It was one of the best hotel experiences ever.
-
New and well presented hotel in a great location to access Cambridge and Boston
-
Consistently great rooms-- clean, comfortable bedding, well-appointed and great climate control. Super friendly and helpful staff. Our go-to hotel in Cambridge!
-
Outstanding hotel and location, staff super helpful, super clean, restaurants and bars are not part of the hotel which made getting a drink more formal (you can’t just walk up to the bar), but the hotel itself, gym, location, staff, and cleanliness were 5-star
-
Clean and top-notch service. Harvard is across the street. Trains to the city are a 15-min walk. Would definitely stay here again!
-
I’m so glad I stayed here now before it gets so well known. As I was leaving the building it started to rain, without hesitation I was handed an umbrella and told to keep it. A genuine heartfelt thank you to all the staff that I saw/met and those I didn’t. I hope to return again. And just remember…. No Scotland, No Party!! The only wrinkle was the lights being a little temperamental due to the motion sensors, it would be useful to maybe have a wee guide to advise what to do when this happens. I just did some star jumps!!

Nice clean rooms, new building, attentive staff. Had a great stay. I will be back.
