Great location
-
Great experience but check in was delayed for a while and ended up in a different room category but hotel is beautiful and centrally located.
-
Food options limited at both restaurants and room service Loud celebrations in lobby with kids (world cup & foosball). Lots of visiting teenage athletes (Harvard etc) and crowds. Expensive for quality now (run down) but good location for walking, Uber to Mass General. Room quiet. Signs of ? Recent flood with big fans in hallway

You literally can't select a more centrally located hotel than this one. It is smack in the middle of Harvard Square. Restaurants and the campus are all walkable. The stadium is a 12 minute walk. CVS is down the street. Lots of food options everywhere. Loved this. One minor issue is the hotel doesn't have ice machines and the rooms have coolers. When traveling for sports with families, it's nice to have both. We called for room service and 45 minutes later (and an additional prompt), they finally brought ice to the room. First world issues, but it was annoying. NOTE: make sure if you order a room with two beds, you're aware that they also have DOUBLE beds. We didn't notice this until it was too late. All that aside, we loved our stay there!!

The lobby, restaurant, staff and amenities were great. Our room faced a building so not a great view and the shower curtain didn’t keep the water from going on the floor. The bed was super comfortable and the room nicely decorated. Overall I enjoyed our stay but would make sure to get a room with a better view next time.

the location can't be beat. Sitting outside at Henriett's table was lovely. I had requested a suite with a street or park view. I know the facility can't actually guarantee that in advance, but what we got was the opposite - a view of the solar panels on an adjoining rooftop. We asked for a change, so the receptionist gave us a room "overlooking the courtyard', however, it did not overlook the courtyard it overlooked the street. In the end the street view was fine, but I think the front desk maybe should be more aware of the location of the rooms.

Great hotel and friendly staff

Beautiful hotel in great location near Harvard and other attractions. Cozy, upscale furnishings and art work. Restaurants on site.

Nice view None

Friendly and helpful staff, great location, comfortable room, excellent breakfast. Water bottles (re-usable) a nice touch. The scale did not work, and shower was difficult to operate. View from suite not nice, which was a shame.

had a delicious muffin and coffee. Parking was safe and convenient.

Room was nice. A bit spartan, with no couch in my suite. Just lots of chairs. Like 7 of them. Shower is exceptional. The room grew on me over my three night stay. Came to like it. Pillows are way too soft. All of them. No variety. The gym at this hotel is fantastic. Big, with lots of equipment. Jogging paths nearby on the Charles River is a big plus, as is prime location in Harvard Square. Common areas are exceptional as well, which serves to highlight the stiff quakerish quality of the decor in the rooms. Staff is attentive. But a bit removed and ensconced behind counters, it seemed.

Reserved this hotel because of the soaking tub mentioned in the room description. When we checked in, our room had no tub:(. The professional and pleasant hotel staff were very helpful - switching us to a room with a bath tub. The bed/bed linens were incredible/soft, all of the food we had was excellent. Henrietta’s Table for dinner. In room breakfast the next day. The was freshly brewed- tasted like real coffee. We loved the free snack pantry in the lobby (yay!! diet cokes and cheezits!). Will absolutely stay again!
