Spacious, clean rooms in an excellent location.

Would've been nice to get that little bit more. No drink service, no drinks or meals offered, no room service, no music. High class hotel with high charges but budget hotel service.
-
Though the hotel was completely full (it was Harvard's reunion weekend) the hotel never felt crowded & service remained excellent. My only suggestion/request is re: the room's bedside lighting. The room had two queen-sized beds but only one lamp placed on a table between the two beds (no nightstands or bedside lamps on the other side of the beds. Anyone who is not right next to the one bedside lamp has very little light to read by, since there is very little light except from the one bedside table and lamp.

The hotel has been renovated and the rooms a beautiful. I have stayed there previously, and it has always been very clean and quiet. The restaurant is very good and the staff are excellent.

Beautiful property and phenomenal staff… Nothing to dislike…
-
Newly updated rooms within an already fantastic hotel. Blocks from Harvard and everything that Cambridge has to offer. Great staff to top off your stay!

Front desk was rude took an hour to check in. Room dirty . No soap in bathroom. Hotel is outdated
-
Walkable, safe, convenient if you are going to Harvard. Pricy
-
All good but they picked on the little things

It was a nice clean area. Staff were nice but my friend and I didn't expect to get 1 queen bed and a pull out of sofa as the 2nd queen bed. We saw it was supposed to be 2 actual queen beds. Besides that it's a nice area and easy to get to

The second night, the shower water kept getting cold, so I couldn’t even finish washing my hair. Overall, the stay was quite uncomfortable because of these problems. However, the staff were very nice and made an effort to address the issues.
