The room decor is recently redone and as impersonal as it gets—it didn’t say comfortable or cozy so much as “2020s ramen joint.” I will say the place was scrupulously clean.

This property was great, from the moment we checked in until the day we checked out. Every staff member we interacted with was courteous and helpful! The rooms were clean and modern, the bed was comfortable, the AC was amazing during the heatwave, unlike the hotel we transferred from which had no AC during 90+ degree weather. We didn't eat at the restaurant but had drinks at the bar and they were delicious!! The bar staff was friendly as well. Highly recommend staying here.

We came. We Stayed. We checked out. The Sheraton Commander is perfectly located in Harvard Yard where all of the neighborhood is easily accessible. The staff were attentive, and very friendly. A great stay! Keep up the good work! We'll be back!

I think the hotel is lovely. The breakfast was good, though I would have preferred an actual menu with more variety than the buffet. The room air conditioning was set at 68 degrees. It was too warm for sleeping. Neither my husband or I slept well due to that.

Excellent location quite close to Harvard Square. This is a low key hotel that’s nearly 100years old. It’s well maintained. We liked it better than those huge hotels that dot the Boston area.

Good location in Harvard Square neighborhood This is nit picking but the drinking glasses in my room were very soft plastic - hard to hold- why not glass? Everything else is pretty classy
