Great Stay at an Excellent Location!!! You can park the car for the weekend and pretty much walk everywhere around Harvard Square - they have parking as well.

It was right in Harvard Square about 100 feet to the T (metro). It can’t get any better than that!! If you want to invite someone stay with you a night, I would call and order a bed… my bed was small (for a handicap that I didn’t know about til I checked in). What a beautiful place Harvard Square!!

The property is in an excellent location, the staff was friendly and efficient. The room itself was fine they even provided chocolates and water not a lot of noise got through the room and everything was well spaced as far as room design . Would definitely recommend if staying in the Harvard area.

The Harvard Square Hotel is a clean, simple hotel in a superb location in Harvard Square. The staff were nice and easy to deal with when I stayed and the beds were comfortable. Everything is kept very sanitary and nice. The only problem is that the amenities are less than I would expect for the price of the room. There is no coffee maker or hot water kettle in the guest room, only in the main reception lobby. So, the only way to get a wakeup cup of coffee in the morning or bedtime tea at night is to come down to the lobby in public where hot drinks are available. This is disappointing and unusual for a hotel room in a busy location where many people are there from distant time zones, to attend conferences or other time-critical events. Also, in my room, the plumbing was a little unreliable with the toilet failing to flush about 40% of the time. Fixing these small things would make the hotel an excellent, comfortable place to stay.

If you want to stay in Harvard Square for an affordable price, this is the spot. Access to everything, good food, good coffee and plenty of things to see and do.

In the heart of the Harvard community, I've had two stays and wouldn't stay anywhere else. The rooms are comfortable and thoughtfully put together right down to the little light that pops on in front of your bed so you don't stump your toe in the dark. To work space commons. To walking distance to campus, food and shopping. Wonderful multi-night stays.
